Whereas, it’s a human right to travel, conduct trade, assemble and the Declaration of Independence recognizes the right to pursue happiness, and;

Whereas, elected officials take an oath to uphold people’s rights and are duty bound to that oath, and;

Whereas, Gov. Walz has violated a number of laws with his executive orders, and;

Whereas, Gov. Walz' illegal orders have destroyed businesses, jobs and livelihoods, and;

Whereas, Gov Walz has violated specifically the 14th Amendment that states “nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty or property, without due process of law"

THEREFORE, be it resolved, that we the people of Minnesota DEMAND A RECALL of Gov. Tim Walz for his repeated offenses against his oath and the people & businesses of Minnesota.

Remove him he only constitutionally has authority over those who work under him. He is violating our constitutional rights and he has no intention of stopping his destruction of our beautiful state and all of our small businesses. He allows Mcdonalds and Walmart to stay open 24 hours a day while small businesses go bankrupt. He is a criminal paid to destroy our state. He clearly has been paid to mandate masks (gets kick backs) and shut down our state by those who want to destroy the country. He makes 100,000 a year yet He is worth 400,000 million suddenly! his taxes and finances need to be investigated and thoroughly audited. He’s a criminal guilty of war crimes. He put covid patients in nursing homes to drive up the death rates to justify his illegal closures and mask mandates while he killed grandMa and grandpa. He just allowed Frey to mandate another stay at home order? For what? The rates are dropping it has virtually disappeared he is a tyrant and him Frey and ilhan need to be removed from ever serving office again.

An emergency under executive rule should be limited to 30 days. The simple fact that the emergency has been extended to nearly a year is an abuse of power. After the first 30 days, the elected legislature should have been directly involved. Instead we have been living under more of a dictatorial governorship than a Democratic Republic. It does not matter if Tim Walz has been tyrannical or benevolent, he abused his authority by the continual extension of his emergency without passing the power to the representative Legislatures elected by the citizens of Minnesota.
