Minnesota citizens have long known that the state is run by corrupt politicians who work against the will of the People. MN has become a national embarrassment due to MASSIVE Somali fraud and far-left Democrats obstructing the deportation of illegal criminal thugs. While most Republicans would have cowered at this point in the battle out of weakness, President Trump’s Dept. of Justice has issued grand jury subpoenas for Gov. Tim Walz, AG Keith Ellison, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, self-described illegal immigrant St. Paul Mayor Kaohly Her, and one other person not yet named in the media.

The grand jury indictments are part of a federal investigation related to these individuals using their office for conspiracy to coerce or obstruct federal law enforcement during the DHS’s Operation Metro Surge in Minnesota. 

Just looking at the words of Walz, Ellison, Frey, and Her alone shows their radical public rhetoric and policies. Walz compared I.C.E. agents to Nazis, Ellison called I.C.E. removing criminal illegal aliens from MN streets an “invasion” and is compiling complaints to use against I.C.E. agents, Frey compared a car ramming an I.C.E. agent to closing a refrigerator door with your hip, and Her insanely claiming I.C.E. agents are going door to door asking “where the Asian people live”. 

The Democrats are appealing to their unhinged, far-left base causing chaos in the streets while I.C.E. conducts deportation operations. It is also clear that the named individuals are using the power of their office to oppose federal law and federal law enforcement.

This is not a state and localities protecting the Constitutional Rights of the citizens of their state from federal overreach. This is a state and localities protecting criminal illegal aliens over American citizens. America cannot be a free nation with an open border and mass welfare for the illegals.

Instead of realizing what kind of trouble these politicians have caused for themselves, they appear to be doubling down on their nonsense! The very same people who thought you belonged in prison for going to church/holding a gathering during Covid also think millions of criminal illegal aliens deserve some slack. Tyrant Democrats’ pearl-clutching for the liberty of illegal aliens is just a tool to be used to the detriment of the average American. Ellison is even taking Don Lemon's side about when Lemon and other liberal lunatics took over a church service to scream obscenities and to intimidate the pastor and congregation.

As seen in the grand jury subpoena published by Fox 9, Jacob Frey has been ordered to testify on February 3rd, 2026. The subpoena demands documentation, communications, policies, directives, guides, instructions, and other records since January 1st, 2025 related to the Minneapolis Mayor Office’s lack of compliance with federal immigration law. President Trump’s appointed Minnesota U.S. Attorney, Daniel Rosen, filed the subpoena.

Minnesota conservatives have long been waiting for corrupt Democrat politicians to be held responsible for their illegal actions and this appears to be the first step in that process. Patriots will be demanding that this action has follow-through to avoid another all-talk, no-action predicament. The actions of rogue Democrats like Walz, Ellison, Frey, and Her are facing some initial consequences, though many conservatives hope to see Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna’s criminal referrals for Walz and Ellison come to fruition.
