End Walz' Emergency Powers

--

Governor Walz is crushing our economy and limiting our freedoms by issuing unilateral orders! It's time to get Minnesota's economy working again. It's time to let Minnesota businesses determine how to safely and reasonably open their doors by ending Walz' destructive emergency powers.

To Governor Walz and legislators:

Whereas, one person does not have the legal authority to remove the rights of Minnesotans protected by our Constitution and Bill of Rights;

Whereas, Governor Walz' emergency powers is devastating our state economy and killing the heart of it - small businesses;

Whereas, the "Stay at Home" order is turning neighbors against neighbors using Walz' hotline;

Whereas, free people can make safe and reasonable accommodations to open businesses during a crisis while still adhering to good medical advice;

THEREFORE be it resolved, We The People of Minnesota demand Governor Walz immediately end his emergency powers;

Be it further resolved, if Governor Walz won't comply, We The People of Minnesota demand the legislature removes his powers and we demand a recorded vote on all motions and bills pertaining to ending Walz' emergency powers.

    Do the math and compare the numbers to the H1N1 of 2009. This is totally out of line.

    Governor waltz with all due respect you are not helping us in Minnesota by your actions we all want to help president trump and keep his guidelines and we are fine with limited activity to ensure the stopping of the spread of the virus but turning neighbors on each other is divisive and wrong espresso when people are not endangering anyone by walking outside or biking or gathering in small groups under ten while social distancing and how is it that we can go into the get store and buy g but a d m all business cannot have customers bad long as they practice social it can be done as well as restaurants it would be different if we were like New York but we clearly not like they are and our experts here in Minnesota have been saying it all along that our state is doing a good job with this . If you think we don’t know what is going on you are mistaken my daughter works at a hospital they had to close Wong due to lack of patients and this was inthe twin city metro area and my friend who is a nurse said the same m e and they are laying off staff even so our hospitals are not being overwhelmed and they are clearly not going to be so.adide from doing what president you should do the right thing and quit putting neighbors against each other dc and stop this before you ruin even more lives than already are and this f I sent even begin to include social workers who have to check on children in abusive homes that cannot look into them because of your order and there are many more examples I could give but I will stop I believe i made my point
