Despite the denial by corrupt politicians, voter fraud is real and happens in Minnesota.
The federal Department of Justice published a press release on Sept. 30th that a federal grand jury has indicted ten foreign nationals for voter fraud in Minnesota elections. This includes the following individuals:
Bhator Konah Bryant - Liberian national
Edvile Vaidoto Edmunds - Lithuanian national
Joshua Frederick Kofi Edzie - Ghanaian national
Alan Barbu Kargbo - Liberian national
Paul Kras - German national
Fadil Rasim Ozegovic - Bosnian national
Aparecido Donizetti Padovan - Brazilian national
Chris Adam Pettiquoi - Liberian national
Christian Liam Schenk - Canadian national
Hester Sophia Weihmann - South African national
It has not yet been publicized if these individuals are illegal aliens or if they have a temporary work visa or a different noncitizen residency permit.
Upon reviewing voter data obtained from the MN Secretary of State, A4L discovered more details about these individuals and the races they voted in. This includes Alan Barbu Kargbo, who voted in 2024 in MN House District 54A, which was the closest House race that year.
District 54A is in Shakopee and is currently held by radical leftist Brad Tabke. Voters were already skeptical whether Tabke truly won in 2024 because 21 ballots were trashed and the race was decided by just 14 votes. Kargbo’s voting precinct was not one of the two precincts that had ballots trashed. The federal indictment against Kargbo indicates that he voted as a noncitizen in the race that determined control and the make-up of the State House.
American citizens had their votes thrown away in District 54A while at least one noncitizen had their vote counted!
While it cannot be verified if Kargbo voted for Tabke, it is likely a fair assumption that a noncitizen would be more apt to support the pro-illegal alien Democrat that doxxes the location of ICE agents than the Republican.
A4L exposed the election fraud in 54A and informed House Republicans that they could leverage and expand their majority by rejecting Tabke’s election certificate and force a special election. House Democrats panicked and held an illegitimate swearing-in ceremony including Tabke and no-showed the opening of the legislative session. Ultimately, RINO Speaker Lisa Demuth cut a deal with Democrats to seat Brad Tabke and block election integrity, which some GOP members have come to regret.
It does not end there: Kargbo has been indicted for voting in the 2024 general election but voter data shows that he also voted in the 2020 general election! There are two other individuals who are registered voters at Kargbo’s address. Upon further investigating both have voted in previous elections. One individual appears to be Kargbo’s son since he has the same name but is 27 years younger and the other individual appears to be his spouse as she is a year younger than Kargbo. It is unknown by A4L if the two other individuals are citizens.
Besides Kargbo, the other charged foreign nationals that have individuals other than themselves registered to vote at their address include Edvile Edmunds, Fadil Ozegovic, Aparecido Padovan, Chris Pettiquoi, and Christian Schenk.
There are also several other charged foreign nationals besides Kargbo who have voted in multiple elections but have not been charged for each of them. This includes Paul Kras, Fadil Ozegovic, Aparecido Padovan, Chris Pettiquoi, and Hester Weihmann.
One interesting detail to note is that 9 of the 10 charged foreign nationals voted in State House district that elected a Democrat. At the very least, noncitizens may feel they have more leeway to break election law in blue areas over red areas. Of the charged foreign nationals, six are from Hennepin County, two are from Anoka County, 1 is from Isanti County, and 1 is from Scott County.
Action 4 Liberty will continue leading the front in the fight for election integrity in Minnesota by providing liberty-based reporting that cannot be found anywhere else.
