GOP State Senator Justin Eichorn (SD6) was arrested Monday, March 17th, after allegedly texting with someone who he thought was a 16 year old girl, soliciting prostitution from her, and arranging a meeting place in Bloomington. 40 year old Justin Eichorn went to the location and was arrested on sight.

Eichorn faces felony charges of Soliciting Under 18 yr Old to Practice Prostitution. The city of Bloomington has released the following statement:

It has widely been reported that the alleged decoy was claiming to be 16 years old but the online version of the Bloomington statement says the decoy was 17 years old. This was likely a typo and will be corrected but should be noted as a discrepancy.

According the the Hennepin County jail roster, Eichorn is currently in custody, being held without bail, and is being charged under MN statute 609.324. See below:

Minnesota Senate Republicans have issued the following statement calling on Eichorn to resign from office:

Action 4 Liberty further calls on Justin Eichorn to resign. Nobody can critique the woke, immoral, grooming, tyrannical Democrat agenda from any high ground while they face legitimate prosecution of attempted PEDOPHELIA! Eichorn was seemingly attempting to commit the WORST crime someone can commit by taking advantage of a minor.

Eichorn joins Democrat Sen. Nicole Mitchell (SD47) as a fellow criminal in the Senate as she has become known for breaking into her elderly, widowed step-mother’s house in the middle of the night. The disgusting actions each have taken have made it clear that they are incapable of representing the People and have personal, legal troubles to deal with. 

Action 4 Liberty does not allow for double-standards or inconsistent logic. The State Senate must take immediate action and remove Eichorn and Mitchell from the chamber. Considering that Democrats have protected Mitchell due to their slim Majority, the removal of both creeps could make for a politically feasible option.

While we do live in an era of false sexual allegations, including against President Donald Trump, the case of Justin Eichorn appears to be an open-and-shut case. The Bloomington Police seemingly set up the sting operation with detectives posing as a 16 year old girl and Eichorn met up at the location to try to prostitute her! 

Justin Eichorn will now face leftist prosecutor Mary Moriarty and has ruined his name and reputation forever. Moriarty is even to the left of Tyrant Tim Walz and ANTIFA Keith Ellison, so there is no doubt that she is going to unleash the full weight of the Justice system onto Eichorn. His wife and four children will now live with the Hell of what their father has become.

Following an assumed Eichorn resignation, people of high moral character must be prepared to fill the void and step up to the plate. Senate District 6 is a deep red area and covers portions of Cass, Crow Wing, and Itasca counties (district map can be seen here). Considering Eichorn’s pathetic 29% lifetime score on A4L’s scorecards, conservatives may see this as an opportunity to put a real Patriot in office! However, conservatives will have to watch for RINOs like Rep. Josh Heintzeman (6B) who may try to climb the ladder and take advantage of the situation (who has his own ethical concerns).

Action 4 Liberty will stay consistent whether it is a Democrat or a Republican, crooked politicians must pay for their evil actions. Justin Eichorn must immediately resign from office or be expelled by the body (perhaps in tandem with a Mitchell removal). Now is the time to hold these politicians to account and we will continue fighting for the Grassroots liberty movement in this battle!
