MNGOP Answers for Mailers Including Kendall Qualls Envelope, Should Also Retract Unconstitutional Fischbach Endorsement

A suspicious mailer was sent out by the MNGOP including a return envelope belonging to Kendall Qualls’ Governor campaign and was exposed by former A4L President Jake Duesenberg on X. See below:

MNGOP Chair Alex Plechash put out a statement following this claiming the envelope was in a small portion of the mailers and that the responsibility belongs to the vendor, not the party. Plechash also states that the vendor has taken full responsibility. What is not said in the statement is who this shared vendor is between the MNGOP and Qualls campaign. Of all the vendors in our state, the two just happened to use the same one? On X, former state Rep. Jeremy Munson alleges the vendor is Tim Berkness while complaining that Duesenberg highlighted this mailing error. See statement from Plechash below:

MNGOP party officers are obligated by the party bylaws to be neutral in all races until a candidate is endorsed. The appearance of the MNGOP and the Qualls campaign being one in the same gives Patriots reason to question if the 2026 MNGOP State Convention will be fairly run for all candidates involved. See Article IV, Section 8 of the MNGOP bylaws below:

The MNGOP Constitution also lays out the rules for endorsements, which clearly shows that the decision belongs to the delegates, not a unilateral decision by the MNGOP Chair. See Article VI, Section 3, subsection B below:

Reason to question if preferential treatment will be given to Qualls from party leadership includes Qualls’ donation of $10K to the party using the remaining funds of his failed Congress campaign against Dean Phillips. Considering how pitiful the MNGOP fundraising has been as of late, $10K is a God-send. See donations below:

During his 2022 Governor run, Qualls was an opponent to the Never Again Bill, supported unilateral Governor Emergency declaration power, and changed his stance on Emergency Powers THREE TIMES on his website! That Governor campaign was funded by mega-donor David Frauenshush, a commercial investor who’s funded healthcare and pharmaceutical projects. Qualls' 2022 Lt. Governor nominee was allegedly going to be pro-abortion Michelle Tafoya. Qualls was a healthcare executive for Johnson & Johnson - one of the major Covid shot producers in our country and wore useless masks throughout his 2020 Congress campaign. Qualls has been nicknamed by the grassroots as "Ken Doll Qualls" to indicate that he is a fraud and stands for nothing.

As noted in Duesenberg’s post on X seen above, the MNGOP should also retract their unconstitutional endorsement of RINO Michelle Fischbach (CD7). Plechash should be representing the grassroots as Chair instead of attempting to curry favor with the RINO DC Establishment by unilaterally and unconstitutionally endorsing an incumbent Congresswoman who failed to win the endorsement in 2024 against conservative Steve Boyd. Republican delegates get to decide who wins the GOP endorsement, not Alex Plechash. See unconstitutional endorsement below:

A4L has previously reported on U.S. Senate candidate Royce White slamming Alex Plechash for a lack of neutrality in the Senate and CD7 elections. A4L has also previously reported that Qualls worked against Royce as the endorsed GOP candidate in the primary. On the Qualls/MNGOP mailer situation, Royce White said on X "There are no accidents" and that "Kendall Qualls is another scumbag sellout".

Other GOP candidates for Governor include Navy veteran Phil Parrish, former UFC fighter Brad Kohler, and former Saint Cloud city councilman Jeff Johnson (no relation to previous GOP Governor nominee Jeff Johnson). Phil Parrish has appeared on the Truth Hurts podcast, as has Brad Kohler and his running mate, Reverend Tim Christopher

As A4L has previously reported, failed former MNGOP Chair RINO David Hann is also considering a run, but that plan was likely torpedoed after A4L exposed that Hann was using tens of thousands of dollars of the party’s money in secret to pay a Kamala Harris influencer. Other candidates considering a run include My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell, RINO Sen. Zach Duckworth (SD57), 2022 GOP Attorney General nominee Jim Schultz, RINO Rep. Wayne Johnson (41A) and 2022 GOP Governor candidate Scott Jensen
