The corruption saga of RINO Ron Kresha continues on the question of falsified business records that labeled independent contractors as employees for the purpose of obtaining massive PPP loans funded by tax dollars. Now Morrison County locals tell us that Kresha is shifting the blame to the bank for the over $300K his company received in PPP loans.

As seen in previous A4L reporting, locals and conservative activists presented evidence at a Morrison County GOP meeting that they believe proves Kresha lied about his employee count on PPP loan documents by listing independent contractors as employees (not allowed according to the Department of Treasury). When we reported on this story we gave Kresha the opportunity to respond via email which he failed to do, however, he did release a statement on social media that did not directly address the allegations of fraud. The evidence that was presented at the Morrison GOP meeting was handed over to Rep. Isaac Schultz (10B) who sits on the Republican-controlled House Fraud Committee. Locals demanded that the Fraud Committee investigate this issue and directed Schultz to do so.

Since the meeting, memes have flooded social media from Minnesotans demanding this fraud be investigated but Team Red cultist and establishment puppet Walter Hudson, who also sits on the House Fraud Committee, has had a conniption over these memes by claiming that conservatives are “lucky” to have Kresha and that “no one” else could have gotten a better deal with Democrats on the Education omnibus bill! Does Walter realize that everyone can tell how full of it and arrogant he is? See below:

We should also keep in mind that Hudson showed up to the 10A Endorsing convention to endorse Kresha and speak on his behalf. Locals tell A4L that Hudson’s reasons for supporting Kresha during a convention speech included Ron showing Walter where the bathroom was at the Capitol… Despite the touching story from Walter, RINO Ron was unable to win the party endorsement against conservative challenger Diane Webb Skillings.

Due to the House Fraud Committee being Republican-controlled, there appears to be hesitancy from them to investigate alleged fraud involving a colleague of the same party. However, the Fraud Committee comes across as a fraud itself if rules are not applied equally.

Conservatives in Morrison County tell A4L that Kresha and his minions in the district are now pushing the blame onto the bank, Pine Country Bank, where Kresha’s company, Golden Shovel Agency, filed for the PPP loans. Sources tell us that Kresha is telling people that the bank told him that he could list independent contractors as employees as opposed to them each filing for their own PPP loan. It remains unclear if this story is true and it is unclear if the independent contractors that Kresha got the loan on behalf of got their fair share of the funds from Kresha or if they would have received more if they applied on their own.

The attempt to shift blame by RINO Ron Kresha to the bank may prove to be a desperate attempt to avoid responsibility. Many who have been convicted of PPP loan fraud had their checks and requests signed off by banks yet they were convicted anyway. If fraud exists within Kresha’s PPP loans then the House Fraud Committee must act immediately and hold Kresha responsible.
