Minnesota Republicans are on the hunt for a conservative candidate who can defeat Tim Walz and turn our state around by shrinking the size and scope of our bloated government. With Walz becoming a national embarrassment defined by being a habitual liar responsible for unbelievable amounts of fraud, Republicans could win with the right candidate. Walz lost ground for Dems as the VP candidate nationwide and even in MN, highlighting that he is a weak candidate seeking an unprecedented third term.

The crowded GOP field will be looking to differentiate themselves as they seek the party’s endorsement. Differentiation against the competition may come easier for anti-Establishment, pro-grassroots candidates while the entrenched RINO politicians will have to find bits and pieces to stand out. Despite pretending otherwise, the RINOs are proving that they never really believed in Ronald Reagan's 11th Commandment.

RINO Kristin Robbins is the candidate who likely was most negatively impacted by RINO Speaker Lisa Demuth entering the Governor race. Up until that point, Nikki Haley-backed Kristin Robbins was the lone female in the race and was the only State Representative running. Demuth’s campaign messaging focused on fraud under Walz directly undercuts Kristin Robbins, whose campaign is messaging on the same issue.

Upon Demuth entering the race, Robbins took a swing at her for cutting a backroom budget deal with Tim Walz. While Robbins did not say this when it mattered most (during the special session), A4L sounded the alarm and called out the corruption as it was all going down.

Despite Robbins' newfound complaints with the backroom budget deal, she voted for 8 of the 14 bills (the majority of bills) crafted behind closed doors by Walz and Demuth! On all kinds of critical votes, Robbins is right by Demuth’s side to pass out of control spending and liberal agenda items. They both have NO ISSUE passing corrupt, unconstitutional, multi-subject, and anti-MNGOP platform omnibus bills. Robbins was also the ringleader behind STEALING and watering down A4L’s Never Again Bill! Leadership allowed her bill to go through while permanently stalling ours in committee.

Now here’s the kicker, Kristin Robbins (barely) has a better voting record than Lisa Demuth. On A4L legislative scorecards, Robbins has a lifetime score of 41.67% and Demuth has a lifetime score of 20.83%. This means that they are BOTH voting for big government/voting against liberty more often than not on the most critical votes! Think also about what that means for Lisa Demuth, she is twice as likely to vote against liberty than a Nikki Haley RINO!

While Demuth has chosen not to strike back against Robbins and has instead chosen to compliment and praise her for her work on the Fraud Committee as Chair. However, it is in not in either of their interests to admit that the Fraud Committee is simply political professional wrestling. It is a performative tool for Republican politicians to pretend to fight fraud uncovered by the media, federal prosecutors, or the legislative auditor. Since the committee cannot compel testimony and no bills are required to go through it to receive a floor vote, many conservatives realize that crooked politicians are trying to dupe us.

Of course, the Fraud Committee only exists because of Lisa Demuth’s backroom deal with Democrats that led to the seating of radical leftist Brad Tabke despite major election fraud in his district. In Tabke’s district, 21 ballots were mistakenly trashed by election officials and Tabke was declared the winner with a 14 vote margin of error. Lisa Demuth, Kristin Robbins, and every other Representative (excluding Reps. Tom Dippel and Drew Roach) voted for the deal to seat Tabke, slapping election integrity activists across the face in the process.

While Demuth has not chosen to strike back, Nikki Haley superfan Kristin Robbins is still on the attack. In a recent campaign piece, Robbins attacks Demuth, Scott Jensen, and Kendall Qualls while arguing how she is the most electable. See below:

Establishment Republicans love to whine and complain about A4L calling out RINOs when they are guilty of the same crime! The only difference is we use truth and the principle of liberty in our critiques while the RINOs only have smokescreens and bogus attacks. As evidenced by the MNGOP's bogus condemnation of A4L, the RINO Establishment does not want to stop the attacks against the grassroots, they only want to stop the attacks against their party's crooked politicians. 

Tensions don’t appear to have always hindered Robbins’ and Demuth’s relationship. Robbins was selected by Demuth to run the Fraud Committee and the two were elected in the same State House freshmen class. See what they were like before the cat-fight broke out:

Despite Kristin Robbins receiving TWO fundraising pitches from Nikki Haley (one on Sep. 18th and one on Nov. 12th), her campaign is falling flat on its face. Minnesota Republicans do not want an anti-MAGA, big government RINO representing them against Tampon Tim. They want a clear alternative who can represent their interests and will not cave.

Action 4 Liberty will continue to keep Patriots updated with the latest and will continue to be the uncompromising, principled megaphone of the grassroots. Pretending that RINOs are liberty champions will get us no closer to liberty and A4L refuses to engage in such dishonesty. If Republicans want to defeat Tim Walz, it is going to take them inspiring the over 1.5M MN Trump voters to show up and vote in 2026. That will not happen with a weak, Establishment, anti-grassroots RINO that is bound to be rejected by the People. The MAGA base will not turn out to support a RINO, will the MNGOP listen?
