With President Trump’s targeted focus on Minnesota and the massive amounts of Somali fraud, many MN conservatives are relieved to see this long-standing issue be dealt with. Most Republicans cave and cower away when called names by the Left but President Trump has instead chosen to double down on this critical issue. One example of a weak MN Republican who has been sucking up to the Somali community for years has caught the attention of President Trump and it’s none other than Globalist RINO Tom Emmer!

At the Congressional Ball event at the White House on Dec. 11th, President Trump addressed a bipartisan delegation of federal legislators. In the speech, President Trump trolled Tom Emmer by reminding America “He’s a big fan of Somalia”! See video below:

President Trump may be half-joking but he is right on the money! As seen in previous A4L reporting, Tom Emmer co-formed the Congressional Somali Caucus alongside radical socialist Keith Ellison, worked with Ellison to send U.S. dollars (remittances) back to Somalia (which is now the main cause of MN taxpayers funding Al-Shabaab), scolded conservative constituents concerned with mass Somali migration into their community, and Emmer also worked with fake moderate Democrat Amy Klobuchar to send Somalia welfare! Some of this info will be harder to find since Emmer has chosen to DELETE his press release announcing he and Ellison were forming the Somali Caucus! Tom Emmer is not America First! He is a chess piece of the Globalist agenda and has put Somalia’s interests over his own constituents! He has sucked up to the Somalis for years and is only changing his tune because of the Trump Administration’s focus on the issue! If Emmer was truly America First, he would’ve never wanted fraud-ridden, welfare-leaching Somalis taking over the twin cities!

President Trump is sending a clear signal to the America First conservatives: Don’t trust Tom Emmer. We now have to clean up his mess! It is clear that Tom Emmer is just another crooked politician whose stances change with the wind. It took Emmer years to flip-flop and get on the right side of history while most MN conservatives knew exactly what was going on the whole time. Conservatives wanted deportations of Somalis long before President Trump stripped them of their temporary status. A previous GOP primary opponent to Emmer, A.J. Kern, has been fighting this for years, particularly in relation to Ilhan Omar, and Kern’s work recently made it on President Trump’s radar as she talks about in a recent interview with Alpha News' Liz Collin.

One Republican candidate, Mike Foley, has filed to run against Tom Emmer. Foley was recently interviewed on The Truth Hurts Show and appears to largely be running due to Emmer’s unresponsiveness to Foley’s constituent concerns. Unfortunately for conservatives, Foley may be EVEN SOFTER than Emmer on the critical issue of Somali fraud! Foley was also recently quoted in the Star Tribune saying “Emmer not defending the Somali community is a key example of that disconnect,”. 

2024 Republican CD6 candidate, Chris Corey, may run against Emmer in 2026 but has not yet made a decision. Corey was the constitutional conservative who challenged Emmer previously and was censored and blocked from speaking at the CD6 GOP convention despite meeting each qualification laid out in the CD6 Constitution. After the RINOs wouldn’t allow any competition at the convention, Corey continued his campaign into the primary and outperformed CD1 and CD8’s Republican opposition to incumbents.
