Crooked policies and wasteful spending are not the only issues in the state legislature, process and procedure can sometimes be just as important. The Establishment has imposed corrupt rules that block free speech, keep power concentrated at the top, and require the usage of unconstitutional omnibus bills. In the case of the Minnesota House, the corrupt rule package was negotiated and created by RINO Speaker Lisa Demuth and radical left Democrats. Despite voting for the rule package, useless Rep. Walter Hudson (30A) is now complaining that they are corrupt.

Hypocrite Walter Hudson recently released a list of procedural changes that he would like to see in the Minnesota House. These ideas are generally good and would make the legislature more transparent and open. While the plan is lacking and could be taken much further, it is a good step forward. This in mind, Hudson is saying this AFTER the legislative session. Hudson did not fight to change things while the legislative session was ongoing and voted to pass the ridiculous rules package.

The House rules package also imposed stipulations that would make it impossible to reject the election certificate of radical Democrat Brad Tabke (54A). 21 uncounted ballots were trashed in the district 54A race was decided by just 14 votes in the initial count and 15 votes following a recount. Democrats held a bogus swearing-in ceremony including Tabke out of fear that Republicans would not vote to seat him. Republicans had a temporary majority and could have rejected Tabke’s election certificate, triggering a special election in the swing district. Instead, Demuth cut a deal with Democrats that legitimized their scam swearing-in ceremony and Hudson didn’t question a thing! See House vote on the rules package below:

As seen in the picture above, only two Representatives voted against the corrupt rules package: Tom Dippel (41B) and Drew Roach (58B). All other Republicans caved by allowing the corrupt status quo to continue and seating radical leftist Brad Tabke who went on to dox ICE agents and vote in lockstep with Democrats. 

To add another level of hypocrisy to Walter Hudson’s support of reforming the legislative procedure is that he is openly supporting RINO Lisa Demuth for Governor despite Demuth being the person who negotiated and enforced the rules Walter is purportedly against! He claims he wants change but he supports candidates who maintained the corrupt system!  Demuth even cut a backroom deal with Walz and Democrats to prevent legislators from legislating on the floor for budget bills! Hudson wants to elevate a politician who has worked against the interests he is claiming to fight for. It appears that Hudson does not really want change, he just wants people to think he wants change.
