A firestorm of attention has taken place on social media since due to massive fraud exposed in Minnesota by Youtuber Nick Shirley. Many are wondering how a 23 year old independent journalist with a limited budget and a hoodie as his signature attire was better able to expose the billions in fraud (most prevalently within the Somali immigrants) than the politicians in the State Capitol. Between Nick Shirley’s videos and President Trump’s laser-focus on Somali fraud, Minnesota politics has catapulted into another realm.

At the beginning of the 2025 legislative session, the House GOP formed a Fraud Committee that had no subpoena power and legislation was not required to pass through committee. In exchange for the GOP forming the committee and giving themselves a majority, Lisa Demuth and other GOP House leaders agreed to seat radical leftist Brad Tabke despite 21 ballots being trashed in his race where the margin of victory was just 14 votes. In short, this means that the House GOP (with exception to Reps. Tom Dippel & Drew Roach) agreed to accept election fraud and recognize an illegitimate swearing-in ceremony in order to have a committee that does nothing more than blow hot air. The RINOs have no credibility on fighting fraud!

The Fraud Committee has served no purpose other than propping up their RINO members as supposed fighters of fraud. Meanwhile, many of the RINOs seated on the committee vote for the massive, unconstitutional, big government omnibus bills that have made Minnesota a fraud-ridden national embarrassment. If you vote to fund the very fraud that is being exposed, you cannot be trusted to expose the truth. 

When Fraud Committee member Isaac Schultz was presented evidence of RINO Rep. Ron Kresha (10A) allegedly committed PPP loan fraud by illegally collecting hundreds of thousands of dollars by listing independent contractors as employees, the RINO Fraud Committee members decided that they would not investigate it or do anything to hold Kresha accountable! In the eyes of the RINOs, they do not care about fraud when one of their own is responsible! The Fraud Committee is a FRAUD!

Fraud Committee Republicans including Kristin Robbins (37A), Patti Anderson (33A), Walter Hudson (30A), Marion Rarick (29B), and Isaac Schultz (10B) have failed in protecting Minnesota from fraud, they’ve only been playing politics. Nobody expected Dems to do anything but protect Walz and Somali fraud but some will be shocked to learn that the RINO committee members are equally useless!

In one case, a Somali learning center cannot even spell the word “learning” correctly! Again, how was this exposed by a random Youtuber before the Republicans on the Fraud Committee!?!? See below:

While Action 4 Liberty has long exposed the facade of the Fraud Committee, the viewpoint that they are nothing more than professional wrestling-politics is growing. A Youtuber did the work that the Fraud Committee should’ve been doing all along! Establishment GOP Governor candidates, Chris Madel and Scott Jensen, each slammed the useless Fraud Committee on X. Naturally, this got Walter Hudson all worked up! Perhaps Hudson should be investigating fraud on behalf of taxpayers instead of spending most of his miserable life arguing with conservatives on social media. Hudson is desperate for attention and feels entitled to be honored for twiddling his thumbs with the rest of the Fraud Committee. See below:

The RINOs know that they have just been caught sitting on their hands after funding fraud and they are desperate to redefine the narrative. Just like A4L reporting that showed President Trump trolling Tom Emmer over his love of Somalia, the RINOs do not want conservatives to know their true positions. Even Tom Emmer argues that Shirley exposed more fraud than Walz and Ellison have in 7 years (despite Emmer co-forming the Somali Caucus with Ellison in 2015). Audio even shows how Emmer berated his constituents for pushing back against mass Somali immigration and Emmer ridiculously said that Somalis are "some of the fastest assimilating populations that we've had." After years of putting Somalis above average Americans, Emmer now wants you to believe that he is fighting against this garbage!

For another example, House Speaker Lisa Demuth voted for EVERY SINGLE omnibus bill during the 2025 session and special session. Now Lisa Demuth is propping up Shirley’s reporting while being eviscerated in the replies on X! She has a terrible voting record and funded the fraud she claims she will fix! Between Demuth and Walz, neither are serious about shrinking the government and eliminating waste, fraud, and abuse of tax dollars.

While Nick Shirley’s on-the-ground reporting provided some incredible information, much of this fraud has been known for years. Action 4 Liberty has been fighting for nearly a decade against child care fraud and the politicians who vote to fund it. Social services have been abused by Somalis for years yet RINOs voted for the Human Services spending omnibus bill in 2023 and 2025. RINOs even voted with Dems to fund Somali Muslim terrorist group Al-Shabaab with your tax dollars!

Unlike the career politicians with no credibility, Governor candidate Mike Lindell is gaining major grassroots support as an outsider businessman. As seen in previous A4L reporting, Lindell pulled no punches on Infowars when discussing Somali fraud and many Minnesota conservatives are looking for a statesman who isn’t tied to the corrupt Establishment. With President Trump’s quasi-endorsement, Lindell has jumped in front of the crowded field and become a frontrunner.

President Trump, Nick Shirley, a few journalists, and grassroots conservatives like you are the reason the fraud is being exposed, NOT the double-speaking RINO legislators. A4L remains on the forefront of exposing corruption in Minnesota by holding all politicians’ feet to the fire. More and more prosecutions, evidence, and exposure is on the horizon.
