End Walz' Emergency Powers

Governor Walz is crushing our economy and limiting our freedoms by issuing unilateral orders! It's time to get Minnesota's economy working again. It's time to let Minnesota businesses determine how to safely and reasonably open their doors by ending Walz' destructive emergency powers.

To Governor Walz and legislators:

Whereas, one person does not have the legal authority to remove the rights of Minnesotans protected by our Constitution and Bill of Rights;

Whereas, Governor Walz' emergency powers is devastating our state economy and killing the heart of it - small businesses;

Whereas, the "Stay at Home" order is turning neighbors against neighbors using Walz' hotline;

Whereas, free people can make safe and reasonable accommodations to open businesses during a crisis while still adhering to good medical advice;

THEREFORE be it resolved, We The People of Minnesota demand Governor Walz immediately end his emergency powers;

Be it further resolved, if Governor Walz won't comply, We The People of Minnesota demand the legislature removes his powers and we demand a recorded vote on all motions and bills pertaining to ending Walz' emergency powers.

Covid-19 is not a blank check for OUR government to punish the innocent for what other’s are doing. These restaurants have spent money they don’t have to comply with the rules but when you change the rules in the middle of fighting this yuk is wrong. It’s time representatives at all levels work for the people to protect the people and their properties both tangible and intangible (our rights). I’m for all level of government representatives to give up their pay until the shut downs end. Representatives are free to set an example and forfeit their pay. There are no constitutional conditions for any government officials including representatives to abrogate our life and liberty and we can make decisions how we wish them to protect our property.

The mask has become a symbol of control, a process started to control hospital overflow but has morphed into complete control over our individual person. The lie of curbing hospitol overflow became immediately obvious when the lock downs began, and yet they still wanted more. This has to stop! These Governors and mayors are not saving lives. They are destroying people’s lives. People should decide whether they want to open their business or not and people should be able to choose whether they want to go to that business or not. I’ve been watching Larvita Mc Farquhar on Fox and Newsmax. My prayers are with Larvita an American Patriot AND single mother. Clearly the Governor of MN and all Blue State Governors are still being paid. I’m confident when I say these “concerned” hypocrites haven’t felt the consequences of losing income.
