I had some measure of respect for Gov Walz mid- to late-March 2020 when it wasn’t clear what COVID actually was and the threat it posed, but by mid-April it was absolutely clear none of the COVID restrictions were about the virus itself (state and national) and rather everything to do with restricting citizens and slowly eliminating our rights. All respect for him was gone after publicizing the state COVID model version 3.0 in May. The model couldn’t even accurately predict the death toll 2 weeks after it was released (off by almost 30%), and will miss the endgame count by tens of thousands. This basis for the lockdowns (and now the mask mandate) are utterly fundamentally flawed and should be rejected outright immediately; the governor now sweeps it under the rug. The government lied about mask use early on (and continues to do so). The goal of the lockdowns and restrictions changed without any critical discussion (“flatten the curve” by delaying the community spread in order to prepare health care became “eliminate the virus” by stopping community spread altogether) and the governor continues to lie about that. The state also continues to lie and misrepresent the actual impact of the virus itself on state residents (for healthy people under age 70, there is an extremely small chance of dying from the virus, and vanishingly small for those under 30) and state health care facilities are NOWHERE close to being overwhelmed. Now, the latest usurpation of power comes from the mask mandate. The governor does NOT have the authority, even under emergency powers, to rescind an existing statute (MN 609.735) regarding concealing personal identity in public. Under his oath of office (upholding the constitution), and legal precedent, he CANNOT enact an administrative rule (which is what the executive orders are) that rescinds enforcement of an existing statute; only the legislature can do that. Also, in so doing, he has executed power that cannot be delegated to him by the legislature. In summary, Governor Walz has violated his oath of office, acted in a criminal fashion with impunity, issued illegal executive orders, and violated civil rights that are inviolable. He MUST be removed from office immediately using all legal means.

Even back in March 2020, I was convinced that government reactions to COVID-19(84) were 25% precaution, 75% hysteria. Draconian authoritarianism is NOT appropriate, especially as death rates continue to decline.

Get him out of there!! He isn’t for us people in Minnesota he is for all the crooked politicians working to get Trump out of office! Only reason we are going through this is because the Democrats are acting like toddlers because they couldn’t impeach Trump!!! VOTE OUT ALL DEMOCRATS!!!!!!
