Whereas, it’s a human right to travel, conduct trade, assemble and the Declaration of Independence recognizes the right to pursue happiness, and;

Whereas, elected officials take an oath to uphold people’s rights and are duty bound to that oath, and;

Whereas, Gov. Walz has violated a number of laws with his executive orders, and;

Whereas, Gov. Walz' illegal orders have destroyed businesses, jobs and livelihoods, and;

Whereas, Gov Walz has violated specifically the 14th Amendment that states “nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty or property, without due process of law"

THEREFORE, be it resolved, that we the people of Minnesota DEMAND A RECALL of Gov. Tim Walz for his repeated offenses against his oath and the people & businesses of Minnesota.

I believe the Gov is a weak minded man. I am tired of lame excuses if would have let it play out at the beginning, I believe we would be way pass this. All we are allowed to here is fear mongering. Not good enough. The Government, State or Federal does not have the right to control anyone’s life. More people have had Cov-19 and lived, then died. People die, its part of life. What are you afraid of? Going to Hell? If so maybe you should God to forgive you for all the damage you have caused. God Bless America!

We all need to stand up for what is right and to get Walz OUT BEFORE HE COMPLETELY DESTROYS MINNESOTA. Walz is ruining our economy, he is crushing small business. The “mobile testing site” in our community is a Fuzion 5th wheel trailer which appears to retail at $100k. Don’t forget that ridiculous “morgue” that our ignorant and short sighted Governor purchased for $5.5 MILLION dollars. I could go on for days. END THE INSANITY – GET WALZ OUT NOW!!!!
