Whereas, it’s a human right to travel, conduct trade, assemble and the Declaration of Independence recognizes the right to pursue happiness, and;

Whereas, elected officials take an oath to uphold people’s rights and are duty bound to that oath, and;

Whereas, Gov. Walz has violated a number of laws with his executive orders, and;

Whereas, Gov. Walz' illegal orders have destroyed businesses, jobs and livelihoods, and;

Whereas, Gov Walz has violated specifically the 14th Amendment that states “nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty or property, without due process of law"

THEREFORE, be it resolved, that we the people of Minnesota DEMAND A RECALL of Gov. Tim Walz for his repeated offenses against his oath and the people & businesses of Minnesota.

I want Governor Walz out of our Twin Cities and out of office. Governor Walz is a fraud and a disgrace, not just to the twin cities but, also to our State as well!! He destroyed businesses that people as had for many many years, even as I was growing up. Then he tells Betsy Singer, Channel 6 news reporter in Rochester, Mn., that the only way he would stop the emergency powers if the legislators put it into permanent law that we all wear face coverings. Governor Walz is a sick man, I feel he is a danger to society. Better yet, Governor Walz needs to be locked up with the rest of loonies. The man a delusional, I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s got mental issues. The way he carry’s on about this ridiculous Covid-19, he thinks it’s so real but in reality when people are getting the Covid-19 vaccinations 💉, people are getting Autism, Bell’s Palsy, Death. The CDC, ok they talk about how the numbers of Covid-19 or Coronavirus whatever it’s called, if you go on their website which that is; CDC.gov it doesn’t even give you the data and Statistics about Covid-19 or Coronavirus. In that’s another thing how did Coronavirus turn into Covid-19. It seems like they can’t kept their so-called medical terminology straight!!

Walz has Single-handedly ruined this once great state. I’ve never considered leaving this wonderful place in the 23 years I’ve been alive. Now I have concrete plans to leave if things don’t change and he stays in power.

Tim Walz has absolutely no empathy on the citizens of Minnesota. This Governor has no checks & balances over his authority. This man has been acting like a tyrant since last March & it’s time to move on to something else other than COVID & politics on medicine. Please end the mask mandates! It’s time for individual businesses to make the decision to have a mask mandates in their stores. It breaks my heart to see kids passing out in sports with a mask on, Some children had to go to the emergency room from exercising in mask. The mask can do more harm than good in this situation.If children die from wearing mask from sports their will be consequences for his actions. Its not recommended by the CDC or the WHO & I think it is an evil agenda that they have & this madness has to end today. It really pisses me off that Walz did not do anything to stop the Minneapolis riots last summer. Walz has failed on all of these areas. Our governor should not put infected people in nursing homes plus he failed to send kids back in school. Walz orders are very unethical, not moral & unconstitutional. Please open up this state completely! I pray to god that Tim Walz is held accountable for his actions & faces the consequences for Walz & the DFLs actions. I used to lean more Democrat 2-4 years ago after the Minneapolis riots & the response to COVID & the 2nd lockdown during the holiday season, I will never vote Democrat or DFL again unless they have a change of heart as I am not confident that most of them will. I am for Liberty choices, suggestions & recommendations but not mandates, enforcements & tyranny. I support the recall effort of Governor Tim Walz
