Walz' Extreme Order Could Put You in Jail

Walz is scum! In order to keep things PG rated, I'll leave it at that. But I have far worse names for this authoritarian, scumbag of a Governor that we have.

WE ARE LOSING OUR REPUBLIC! Do you care?

I, personally, never consented to being ruled by one politician. In fact, I've pledge my loyalty thousands of times "to the Republic". Who is Walz to think he can erode away our long-held system of government with the swipe of a pen!

Walz' newest decree tonight now makes it illegal for you to have anyone inside your home that's not from your family. Violate that unilateral order, WHICH I WILL, and you could be punished with 90 days in jail.

Own a restaurant or bar? CLOSED

Go to the gym or make your livlihood by improving people's health and immune systems? CLOSED

Want to get away for a movie with the spouse? CLOSED

Want to watch your kid's hockey game? BANNED

I can't imagine the irreparable harm that will be done to our beloved small businesses. 2020 has already been difficult for them to make ends meet. This order will be the death blow.

Walz warns us of full capacity at the hospitals. That's a real issue. In fact, that's THE issue. What the hell has he been doing for these 250 days of emergency?!

Here's what I'm worried about...

A Harvard study found that nearly 1/3 of young adults have had suicidal thoughts this year. And 47% of young adults are suffering from "depressive symptoms".

Walz' message to them is that they are the ones who are selfish and causing grandma to go to the hospital. Meanwhile, their survivability rate is near 100%. But Walz is forcing them to isolate?!

We're excited that we helped get four democrats fired in November's election. And we can't wait til these new legislators take office in January. But quite frankly, we simply can't wait that long. We owe it to you and the business community to end this battle as soon as possible.

When Walz' extends his Emergency Powers again for 30 days, we MUST overwhelm weak-kneed Republican legislators and vulnerable Democrats with ads, phone calls and other methods. We need to pound them into submission - finally Ending Walz' Emergency Powers once and for all. We can't let him get away with this anymore.

Did you see the news today about two prominent Democrat state senators leaving the DFL caucus? There are moves being made right now and it's important that we seize on these opportunities immediately.

Our team knows where the pressure points are. Minnesotans have had ENOUGH of Walz' unilateral orders, so we'll have the wind at our back. But we MUST ensure that effort is focused on the legislature where we have the best opportunity to finally End Walz' Emergency Powers.

Crystal Heflin: I agree, this is ridiculous. I never looked at it from the perspective you put forth. I have heard that the tests for flu aren’t even being done, they are just testing everyone for COVID so that could explain why the number on the MDOH site aren’t being updated.

I totally get your point the thing that I’m also concerned about is that everything is operating under emergency orders. Meaning that any referendum or any permit or any anything that is city council or our legislature is involved in, operates at an emergency order and can be approved under emergency order. So regulations and statutes and things that are in place to protect the environment the communities all of the above, are all on the backburner because of the emergency order. So developers are able to develop land that they normally wouldn’t be able to without getting some type of survey or something. things are being constructed that normally wouldn’t be able to be constructed on land that wouldn’t normally be able to be constructed on because of an emergency order. there are different regulations now for the city council on how they have to put things out to the public if they have to voice opposition everything is operating under emergency order so standards are so much lower than they should be and normally are. This emergency order is do it is doing much much more harm than any good that it could do to a virus that has a 99% survival rate I really wish everyone would look at the Minnesota department of health influenza and respiratory illness data sheet that just came out because it’s from what they’re telling the public to what’s on their data sheet is a complete lie. I’m using talk to text again so I’m sorry punctuation is missing sometimes I forget to add it when I’m talking so fast

So looking at the Minnesota Statutes 2020, Section 12.45 something has struck me that I hadn’t thought of before. This looks to be a piece of legislation that passed this year. In order to have done this the bill would have had to go through the Republican-controlled State Senate after having been passed in the State House before the Governor would have signed it into law. Can anyone find out what Republican Senators voted for this in the State Senate? It is ridiculous that they would have given the authority for the Governor to suspend laws through an emergency order outside of Marshall law.

Crystal Heflin: You should contact the GOP and sign a sworn affidavit with all the relevant facts of what you witnessed. This needs to be looked into because if it happened to one vote, it could have easily happened to many, many more.

Does anyone else here get the newsletter from Minnesota department of health on the influenza and respiratory illness stats for the year? I just received mine and I wish that I could post it here I don’t know how to do that,for this year compared to all previous years the influenza and respiratory illnesses has stayed stagnant this year or last year at this time we were you know skyrocket and it’s so funny because they add coronavirus and all of its forms in on the respiratory illness and influenza data sheet so explain that to me if it’s so deadly why isn’t it registering on their sheet

when I went to cast my ballot I put it in the machine and it spit it back out at me but it still counted my ballot on the little dial at the top ab machine. I wrote the number down I took my ballot back I looked over it, the judge that was standing there with me also looked over it so there would be no reason why it would have been rejected .so I slid it back through and again it registered another vote. there are two numbers.the numbers that accepted and then there are the numbers that have just been put in and mine registered on both I took pictures I know that’s illegal but I took pictures

I think that Waltz will eventually meet the same fate as Benito Mussolini that being killed by an angry mob and hung upside down naked in the town square so that people can desecrate his body. waltz actually lived in communist china he and his wife took tours of children there . I have taught school for 20 years. This whole thing is putting kids way behind in school. The parents can not keep up with the demands of providing for the household and also helping 1 or more (likely) of their kids. They are OVERWHELMED. School age population is very low incidence. Again over 99.9 percent survival rate. You are more likely to die falling on an orange peel or something else. You can be affected with just mild symptoms and test positive! I worked in North Minneapolis as a Special Education Teacher and I would have to be right there to keep them motivated as most could not self monitor their own learning and there were kids who came to school to eat regular meals. Kids are falling way behind…especially students with special education needs. I have a friend with 4 students at home and she also works. This is very overwhelming for her. Is this virus something to shut off all our kids from “real school”. Is this something worth losing our businesses over and shutting down our economy? NO IT ISN"T. IT IS A PLANDEMIC TO DRAIN OUR ECONOMY FOR A RESCUE GOV. TO SAVE THE DAY THROUGH SOCIALISM OR COMMUNISM FOLKS. THINK LOGICALLY.

Open per MDH guidance and CDC guidance
Youth programs will continue to operate as long as the primary purpose is child care, not sports instruction or competition.
