End Walz' Emergency Powers

Governor Walz is crushing our economy and limiting our freedoms by issuing unilateral orders! It's time to get Minnesota's economy working again. It's time to let Minnesota businesses determine how to safely and reasonably open their doors by ending Walz' destructive emergency powers.

To Governor Walz and legislators:

Whereas, one person does not have the legal authority to remove the rights of Minnesotans protected by our Constitution and Bill of Rights;

Whereas, Governor Walz' emergency powers is devastating our state economy and killing the heart of it - small businesses;

Whereas, the "Stay at Home" order is turning neighbors against neighbors using Walz' hotline;

Whereas, free people can make safe and reasonable accommodations to open businesses during a crisis while still adhering to good medical advice;

THEREFORE be it resolved, We The People of Minnesota demand Governor Walz immediately end his emergency powers;

Be it further resolved, if Governor Walz won't comply, We The People of Minnesota demand the legislature removes his powers and we demand a recorded vote on all motions and bills pertaining to ending Walz' emergency powers.

Please stop shutting things down. Minnesota used to be a great state to live in. Now we are the being laughed at and the butt of several jokes. Please stop trying to control everything. Maybe if you (Walz) would let us decide for ourselves what risks we are willing to take. We would do better at stopping the spread of COVID. Instead Minnesotans are sick of him being a dictator over us and are defying him. We want to make these decisions on our own. As liberals say “My body, My choice.” But that only can be used when killing babies. Why is that?? Stop this peace time power crap and stand up for the people that elected you!!

The new Minnesota department of health does not tell you there doing 44,000 tested a day now. Of course the cases are going to go up. We didn’t test but 80,000 people total in the first two months of the pandemic. Now over 80,000 people in 1.75 days not 2 months. Also they removed the age of death in there reports for Minnesotans. Fact is 85 years and older is 85 percent of the deaths in Minnesota. You used to be able to see that start but no more. Lies and omissions from Walz. The mortality rate is going to be .05 percent if they were to test everyone right now in the state of Minnesota. Lot more people out there have it and don’t know it. And that brings the death mortality rate lower yet. Get ready Minnesota. Everyone is going to get it sooner or later. And symptoms for the Majority of people are minimal if anything. Including people that have had no symptoms that have heart stents with diabetes that I personally know. You hear about the bad cases. But you never hear those that I’ve told you about above. People are afraid to tell people they’ve had it cause of contact tracing, isolation and not being able to work. C’mon Walz, get the she of deaths back up on the mn Dept of health daily sight
