The great replacement theory will not only bring immigrants to take your job but it will also bring immigrants who demand free money from taxpayers. Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison is one of the leftists who prioritizes immigrants over Americans, as evidenced by his ties to Somali fraudsters. It comes as no surprise that Ellison wastes MN tax dollars on frivolous lawsuits that put America and Americans last.

Ellison was given a massive two-year budget (totaling nearly $100 Million) that was passed by the MN state legislature (SF3045) that gave his office a budget increase. It was not only Democrats who voted to give Ellison’s office a budget increase, it was also RINOs like Lisa Demuth, Jim Nash, Walter Hudson, and the majority of the House GOP caucus. Only 18 of 67 House Republicans voted against the bill.

We now see another example of how Ellison is wasting tax dollars with him joining in on a lawsuit against President Trump's Administration to protect welfare for immigrants. Social programs, when and where they should exist, should serve exclusively benefit American citizens and nobody else.

In short, Trump’s Dept. of Homeland Security is revising the process for determining whether an immigrant is a public charge. A public charge is a way for immigration officials to deny a visa, green card, or other admission to the U.S. if an applicant is judged to be likely to become primarily dependent on the government for money. The change in process is due to Joe Biden loosening the rules in 2022 and allowing more welfare-chasing immigrants into our country.

The Dept. of Homeland Security estimates that these rule changes would result in a $13.05 Billion reduction in federal spending on SNAP and Medicaid programs. With a massive national debt looming over our country's head, Washington D.C. needs to make as many spending cuts as possible!

Ellison joined 22 other states and Washington DC in this lawsuit including the disgraced Attorney General of Virginia, Jay Jones. All Attorneys General participating in the lawsuit are elected Democrats or were appointed to their position by a Democrat. Pennsylvania Governor and potential 2028 Presidential candidate Josh Shapiro is listed on the lawsuit despite the state’s Republican Attorney General refusing to follow suit.

ANTIFA Keith Ellison has filed 73 lawsuits against the Trump Administration during Trump’s second term. This includes lawsuits to give illegal aliens in-state tuition, force DEI policies for schools, keep boys in girls sports, and many more radical bogus cases. While an Attorney General has the responsibility to keep the federal government in check with the Constitution and law, Ellison is doing the exact opposite by undermining American values with the lawsuits he pushes.

The Attorney General race appears to be the best chance Republicans have at winning a statewide seat. Ron Schutz won the MNGOP endorsement and primary unopposed. If Ellison continues to waste tax dollars on unpopular and ridiculous lawsuits, it may come back to bite him in November.
