For the first time in American history, a President of the United States has addressed the Libertarian Party (LP) and their most active delegates. President Trump’s choice to attend and make his case to Libertarian voters will go down as one of the wisest strategic moves of this entire election cycle. Trump’s strokes of genius were on full display as he spoke truth to power in a semi-unfriendly room.

The Libertarian Party is the third largest political party in the country and has gotten ballot access in all 50 states in the last two presidential elections. There is very little doubt that a majority of these voters would vote for Trump if there was no Libertarian on the ballot. In several 2020 swing states, incompetent LP nominee Jo Jorgensen received more votes than the difference between Biden and Trump’s (reported) results. With 2024’s election approaching, liberty minded individuals need to question whether their protest vote will help Joe Biden win. The only elected Libertarian President in the history of the world is Argentina's Javier Milei who endorsed Trump long before the LP Convention was underway, proving his liberty chops.

President Trump delivered an EPIC, One-Of-A-Kind speech that laid out his administration’s accomplishments in the pursuit of freedom and shrinking government. This included ending/preventing wars, eliminating regulations, fighting for free speech, draining the swamp, and defeating the radical left Marxist agenda. After mentioning the 91 BS indictments against him, Trump said "If I wasn't a Libertarian before I sure as Hell am now!" He also pledged to put a Libertarian in his cabinet and put several in senior advisor posts. These moments were not always met with full support by the party, but the party demands for Libertarian purity should instead become a symbiotic relationship with MAGA. America First is a movement all about restoring the Constitution and a government of and by the People. Libertarians now know that they have a fighter who has had the government weaponized against him, simply for fighting to Make America Great Again.

Trump went on to tell the LP to nominate him for President so we can ensure the defeat of crooked Joe Biden. He then told them to only do it if they want to win, if they don’t want to win they can choose someone else. He drove the point home by telling them “Keep getting your 3%.” This savage remark could even be considered a compliment to the party since they have only gotten 3% once, in 2016, only to barely get 1% in 2020.

The day after Trump’s incredible speech was the Presidential nominations. Trump’s name was thrown in but he was not allowed on the ballot because he is a registered Republican. He still received write-in votes during several rounds of voting. However, the LP ultimately decided to nominate radical leftist Chase Oliver in the 7th round; Chase won against ‘None of the Above’ (NOTA). If NOTA won, the LP would NOT nominate a candidate; NOTA received over 36.5%. His last remaining opponent, anarchist Michael Rectenwald, alleged backroom deals causing the results. 

Chase Oliver is a former Democrat who supported Obama in 2012, supports drag queens in schools, and arguably screwed Herschel Walker out of his Senate race in 2022. Oliver ran for the US Senate in Georgia and forced the state to do a costly (millions of dollars) runoff election at the taxpayer’s expense due to bad election laws. Trump understands the power liberty minded individuals hold and he made a very strong case for MAGA and Libertarians to move forward as one. Trump is the most libertarian President in the modern history of this country and he is always seeking the votes of freedom loving Americans. Minnesota is in play in 2024 and if Patriots mobilize, our 10 Electoral Votes will be delivered to President Trump and his next Administration.
