In a highly anticipated event, the MNGOP State Central Committee met today (Saturday, December 14th) and held elections for Chair, Deputy Chair, and Secretary. After years of destroying the MNGOP, Action 4 Liberty can finally report that David Hann has been removed from power!

RINO David Hann has led the MNGOP in a divisive, anti-grassroots direction and the State Central delegates have punished him by stripping him of his power! From screwing over Otter Tail delegates to the mystery Wyoming company 1972-10 getting tens of thousands of dollars to Hann’s opposition to endorsed candidates to the countless failed promises and beyond, Hann has proven himself to be an awful leader for the MNGOP.

David Hann was defeated by former RNC Committeeman Alex Plechash during the third round of voting. See results below:

The results for the first round of Chair was as follows:

140 - David Hann

86 - Alex Plechash

84 - Bret Bussman

37 - Mike Murphy

1 - Spoiled

The results of the second round for Chair were as follows:

153 - David Hann

114 - Alex Plechash

80 - Bret Bussman

1 - Blank

Following the second round of voting, Bussman was eliminated and he endorsed Alex Plechash in his concession speech. The results of the third and final round of voting were not read to the body.

Alex Plechash will have an uphill battle to unify a Republican party that has betrayed its voters and principles. We have previously reported on some of the downfalls and shortcomings of Plechash, including his role in backstabbing Otter Tail delegates. He will have to correct course with the grassroots and fight for the anti-establishment, MAGA agenda that conservatives desperately want. Action 4 Liberty is not under the illusion that the war for liberty is won BUT the battle against David Hann has been won!

Action 4 Liberty made tens of thousands of calls in the fall of 2021, mobilized thousands of grassroots Patriots to go to caucus, and got tons of people to run for state central delegate seats in 2023 which has now culminated to #CanTheHann!
