Minnesota’s 7th District Congresswoman, RINO Michelle Fischbach, voted Monday, July 15 to cover-up the Epstein Files. She has taken many bad votes throughout her long career in politics but protecting powerful pedophiles from being exposed and prosecuted is a low that Fischbach has never reached before.

The Jeffrey Epstein cover-up has lit a fire under MAGA like nothing else. In what is the largest betrayal by the Trump Administration, Attorney General Pam Bondi (alongside FBI Director Kash Patel and FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino) released a memo claiming that Epstein killed himself, the video released corroborates the suicide, Epstein had no client list, there was “no evidence” that Epstein blackmailed prominent individuals despite the report also stating that Epstein harmed over 1,000 individuals.

Our government is treating We The People like mindless, soulless beings. To make matters worse, Congress is covering it up and Minnesota’s RINO Michelle Fischbach is part of the pack!

Fischbach sits on the U.S. House Rules Committee which took a vote on an Amendment that would require the release of the Epstein Files and was defeated by a vote of 5 in favor and 7 against. As seen above, RINO Michelle Fischbach voted to keep the American people in the dark and cover-up for Epstein. This inexcusable action may completely diminish any credibility she has with the America First, anti-pedophile grassroots. Others in Congress say RINO Chip Roy, who purports himself as some regular conservative, ducked the vote. 

The Epstein issue may be the straw that breaks the camel’s back. Congress’ participation in the Epstein cover-up may come back to haunt them. Career politician RINO Michelle Fischbach is on thin-ice in CD7 as is, she failed to win the GOP party endorsement last election against conservative businessman Steve Boyd. Many already suspected that Fischbach was a phony due to her big government voting record and that her husband runs the fraudulent, fake pro-life group MCCL that cheers on RINOs spending tax dollars on abortions and Planned Parenthood. 

Congress has a duty and an obligation to fill in the gaps and demand transparency from the Executive branch when that Executive fails to deliver. The grassroots is demanding the full release of the Jeffrey Epstein Files (excluding child pornography) to prove who else was involved and must be prosecuted. Fischbach’s role in the cover-up must be shouted from the rooftops because if the grassroots conservatives of Minnesota have any say on the matter, the release of all info would be IMMEDIATE!

Keep in mind, MNGOP Chair Alex Plechash ALREADY endorsed Fischbach for 2026 despite MNGOP party officers being required by the party bylaws to remain neutral before a party endorsement is earned by a vote of the delegates (see previous reporting here). This can be seen in Article IV, Section 8 of the MNGOP Bylaws. Plechash put out the endorsement on social media on March 19, 2025 (see here).
