In the world of Minnesota tyranny, a single mother speaking out against a school board has become a major threat.

Tara Mohr was a former employee at Hometown Bank, which has a branch located within Shakopee High School. During Covid, Mohr helped activate grassroots parents to attend school board meetings to fight against masks and other useless Covid-era mandates imposed on public school children.

Mohr commented on then Rep. Erik Mortensen’s Facebook post and politely called out the corruption of Shakopee School Board Vice Chair Kristi Peterson. Following this comment, the Education (Indoctrination) Establishment went to war with Tara!

Mohr’s boss at the bank and the school’s Superintendent (Mike Redmond) began issuing demands that Tara take her comment down and she refused each time, asserting that she has every right to comment on her local Representative’s social media posts and express her concerns of any given politician. Kristi Peterson is not exempt from criticism and is not entitled to support, America is not a dictatorship for leftist school board politicians.

After Mohr refused to concede her free speech rights, she was FIRED from her job! That’s right, she was fired from her position simply for expressing an opinion that went against the interests of the Indoctrination Establishment! Erik Mortensen and grassroots Patriots rallied to her support and created a Go Fund Me page that raised over $20K!

Tara Mohr did not give up and continued fighting on by filing a lawsuit against six individuals involved in the situation. Four years has gone by and Mohr is still stuck in the courts trying to rectify her unjust termination.

Good news has emerged on Mohr’s lawsuit recently as the 8th Circuit Court recently ruled in her favor on several critical issues! Mohr won three out of six of her claims which means she will be able to have jury trials against Superintendent Mike Redmond, HomeTown Bank, and the bank’s branch Vice President Lindsey Puffer. Redmond reportedly appealed the decision so Mohr will be further stuck in legal limbo.

As one can guess, the Indoctrination Establishment is having a MELTDOWN over the court’s ruling! They are working to combine resources to create a machine that is hell-bent on taking down Tara. From district lawyers, school board attorneys, the Minnesota School Board Association (MSBA), the Minnesota Association of School Administrators (MASA), and statewide administrators are doing all that they can to prevent a court from rectifying Mohr’s unjust termination.

To realize how stacked the deck is against Mohr, individuals can look no further than Shakopee School Board member Kristi Peterson because she also serves as the current President of the statewide MSBA! The Establishment is desperate to squash Mohr but she just keeps fighting back!

This legal battle is so critical because if Mohr wins, she will open the door to others who were unjustly terminated for expressing their opinions. Being an employee at a bank within a school does not mean that you must agree with whatever the reigning Establishment on your school board says!

Punishing political speech, silencing criticism, intimidating parents, and weaponizing employment against people is exactly what is wrong with our education system. Leftists want public education to be a factory producing future leftists and that requires complete lockstep actions by staff. Mohr was just an average parent who’s views align with at least half of the country yet she was made out to be a villain.

Congratulations to Tara on the MASSIVE legal victory and good luck to her in the future legal battles she will face! If Minnesota had more hard-working Patriots who never give up like Tara, we would be on a much better path. Tara Mohr is showing Minnesotans that you do not have to bend to the will of the government and her determination will likely inspire others who feel the same way she does.
