Following the national exposure of mass fraud in Minnesota, many conservatives have demanded that the corrupt politicians be held responsible and accountable for ripping off taxpayers. While corrupt politicians almost never face justice, we may see a different outcome this time. During a House Oversight Committee meeting today (1/7/26) U.S. Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna (FL-13) introduced criminal referrals for Tim Walz and Keith Ellison to the Dept. of Justice. Based on testimony today, I have enough evidence to believe both @GovTimWalz and @keithellison were knowingly complicit in a Somali fraud scheme in Minnesota.

Congresswoman Luna is seeking to hold Walz and Ellison to account for the Feeding Our Future scam that robbed taxpayers of hundreds of millions in tax dollars. Luna explains how fraud was well-known in this case but Walz and Ellison looked the other way and continued payments. Luna also references the leaked audio of Keith Ellison speaking with Feeding Our Future fraudsters and protecting them as political donors.

Conservatives are likely hoping that this is not just talk, they want action! From Dr. Fauci to Hillary Clinton to James Comey, there are all kinds of political crooks that need to be held accountable by President Trump! Too often legislative committees are WWE performances for partisan ends. Instead of explaining how the battle is truly between “Grassroots vs. Establishment” or “Right vs. Wrong”, partisan hacks try to trap people in the mindset of “Republican vs. Democrat”. 

The Establishment Uniparty is responsible for MN fraud which includes all of the Democrats and most of the Republican legislators. As seen in the 2025 A4L scorecard, the vast majority of Republicans FAILED because they were voting FOR the fraud-ridden omnibus budget bills that caused this whole mess! Committee testifiers Kristin Robbins, Marion Rarick, and Walter Hudson have all voted for corrupt, unconstitutional, fraud-inducing omnibus bills proving that they have ZERO credibility in fighting fraud.

Walz and Ellison have been scheduled to appear before the U.S. House Oversight Committee on February 10th, 2026, and will have to answer for their protection of Somali fraudsters.

Action 4 Liberty demands crooked politicians be held accountable no matter what party they belong to and Congresswoman Luna is taking a major step to see that through! Walz and Ellison are complicit in MN’s fraud epidemic and their criminal references may amount to federal criminal charges if President Trump’s DOJ finds there to be sufficient evidence.
