Stand for Our Gun Rights During State Emergency

Governor Walz is targeting an indoor gun range with his illegal shutdown order. Not only is that against current state laws, but it's also a massive assault on our rights protected by the U.S. and State Constitutions. It's time to stand up for our gun rights in Minnesota during Walz' self declared emergency.

To Governor Walz and legislators:

Whereas, one person does not have the legal authority to remove the rights of Minnesotans protected by our Constitution and Bill of Rights;

Whereas, Governor Walz' emergency powers is devastating our state economy and killing the heart of it - small businesses;

Whereas, the "Stay at Home" order is turning neighbors against neighbors using Walz' hotline;

Whereas, free people can make safe and reasonable accommodations to open businesses during a crisis while still adhering to good medical advice;

THEREFORE be it resolved, We The People of Minnesota demand Governor Walz immediately end his emergency powers;

Be it further resolved, if Governor Walz won't comply, We The People of Minnesota demand the legislature removes his powers and we demand a recorded vote on all motions and bills pertaining to ending Walz' emergency powers.

    First, it is time for Governor Walz to be evicted from the Governor’s Mansion and moved into his $6.9 million-dollar cold storage warehouse which he purchased with MN tax-payer’s hard-earned money! He can then server out the remainder of his term, whatever that may be, in this facility which should provide him a better accounting of this ridiculous financial decision of his!!!

    Next, restoring Minnesotan’s constitutional/civil liberties is priority! A focus on re-opening the state of Minnesota without ANY mandates is essential and needs to happen NOW!!!

    Then and only then, will Minnesotan’s lives be returned to them and be able to flourish once again!!!

    Stand up and vote for our Constitution. The 2nd Amendment is the only thing America has to protect the rest of our Constitutional Rights. The Marxist Governor and his allies are trying to hand over Minnesota to Anarchist’s who want to destroy our countries liberties and freedoms. Start by removing Walz and AG Ellison.
