U.S. Navy Uses Drag Queen in Desperate Attempt to Recruit

Military recruitment levels have fallen to an all time low. Last month, the Navy told a congressional panel that they will fall 16% short of their recruitment goal. In a desperate attempt to recruit, the United State Navy has turned to drag queens.

Yeoman 2nd Class Joshua Kelly is a digital ambassador for the United States Navy. Kelly, who goes by the stage name “Harpy Daniels,” has performed drag shows for Navy Seamen on a variety of occasions, according to The New York Post. Kelly has 60,000 followers on TikTok and over 1,300,000 likes.

That’s right, the military is hoping to recruit rugged and disciplined individuals for the future of warfare by making a drag queen the face of their recruitment program.

This is not the first time that the United States military has pandered to the woke left. In 2021, the Army released a TV ad featuring a lesbian marriage ceremony. That same year, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Mark Milley, sounded the alarm on so-called “white rage.”

If enough prospective recruits were not scared away by the military’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate, this embrace of woke ideology should do the trick. Young men will not put their lives on the line for the neoliberal whims of the Biden administration.

This issue stems from the fact that many Americans are now embarrassed and ashamed of their government. Until the military gets its priorities in order, it is likely its enrollment will continue to decline.
