The Minnesota Supreme Court is a Democrat-run embarrassment that is more likely than not to come to the wrong legal conclusion. The court is packed with Democrat selected Judges who seemingly have no regard for the Constitution, our God-given rights, judicial precedent, or even common sense. 

The MN Supreme Court ruled today, Wednesday October 22nd, in favor of a transgender (biological male) competing in a powerlifting competition against female competitors. Transgender JayCee Cooper’s lawyers (Gender Justice) argued Cooper was “discriminated” against by USA Powerlifting and USA Powerlifting Minnesota when they refused to let him compete in women’s events. The court agreed that Cooper’s exclusion constituted sexual orientation discrimination under the MN Human Rights Act. The ruling was unanimous and Associate Justice Theodora GaÏtas took no part in the consideration or decision of this case.

Two separate claims were filed by Cooper’s lawyers where one was ruled in their favor on a public accommodation claim and the other was sent back down to district court regarding USA Powerlifting’s “legitimate business purposes” for the so-called “discrimination”. USA Powerlifting argued that Cooper’s exclusion was simply because he is a transgender but it was because he went through puberty as a male. USA Powerlifting should have a hardline stance against biological males in female sports regardless of when the brainwashing and transition took place. 

To add another layer of insanity, Cooper was taking drugs prohibited by USA Powerlifting! Cooper argued they were necessary for his gender dysphoria. So not only are men allowed to compete against women in sports but the men are also allowed to take prohibited, talent-enhancing drugs! See the "athlete" below:

Powerlifting is a sport that provides one of the most obvious differentials between men and women. In body type, body sizes, and lifting capacities, men have outperformed women for all of human history. The “patriarchy” did not make men stronger than women, God and nature did.

Our state’s Supreme Court has chosen to value a whacked out, mentally unstable man’s feelings over common sense. Feeding into the delusions of cross-dressing men is dangerous to female athletes and females as a whole. The disgusting practice of men in women’s locker rooms is dangerous and will inevitably lead to some poor girl or woman being exposed to a naked man or even worse, being assaulted by the transgender man.

Action 4 Liberty will never shy away from the truth, regardless of who we offend. The MN Supreme Court has shown their cards, they are in line with the far left gender maniacs instead of regular Minnesotans. Affirming delusions brings society backwards, not forward.
