Chaska’s Little Roos will be hosting a drag story time this coming Saturday, despite outrage from families in the community. Action 4 Liberty first reported on this event back in May, and the mainstream media is only picking up the story now that the event is a few days away.
In a Tik Tok released by the clothing store, a mother calls out the store’s support for drag queens, affirming that sexual content should not be presented to kids at such a young age. The store posted this video in an effort to get support for their decision. In reality, the response has been mixed at best.
The drag queen performer goes by the name Miz Diagnosis, whose Facebook profile is filled with a plethora of Pro-LGBTQ content – including support for transgender ideology.
The books being read are “The Hips on the Drag Queen Go Swish Swish Swish” by Lil Miss Hot Mess and “Albert the Confused Manatee” by Christopher Straub. Our team read the former and was not impressed by the illustrations nor the lack of plot.
At best, this stuff is flat-out weird to show to kids. At worst, it is content that contains sexual undertones and should be kept far away from anyone under the age of 18. Regardless, Little Roos appears determined to hold their drag story time.
The event will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, July 8th in Chaska.
