Action 4 Liberty lives rent free in the minds of crooked politicians at the Capitol because they know A4L will always expose their corruption. RINOs and radical leftists know that A4L has broad support among grassroots conservatives and we will prioritize nothing above truth and liberty. This acknowledgement of A4L influence/leadership took place in the House Rules Committee while debating a resolution to investigate impeachment articles against Tim Walz and Keith Ellison.

The massive, multi-billion dollar fraud scandal that has been exposed in Minnesota took place because of the incompetence and corruption of two individuals: Tim Walz and Keith Ellison. Impeachment becomes the only option when all other strategies have been exhausted. Articles of Impeachment must originate in the State House and be confirmed by the State Senate.

As seen in our previous reporting and petitions, Action 4 Liberty has long known that these two have acted in a rogue, unconstitutional, and flagrantly pro-fraud fashion and has led the movement to see them impeached. From Walz’ tyrannical abuse of Emergency Powers in Covid to the fraud scandal we see now, A4L has been the consistent voice for Constitutional conservatives and the legislature has taken notice. In 2021, then-State Rep, now-A4L President Erik Mortensen introduced Articles of Impeachment against Tampon Tim himself for "unconstitutional lockdowns"! A4L has been leading on this issue for years!

The House Rules Committee combined the Walz impeachment effort (HR6) by Rep. Mike Wiener (5B) and the Ellison impeachment effort (HR7) by Rep. Ben Davis (6A) into a single motion. This resolution required that the Republican-controlled Fraud Committee investigate the accusations expressed in the resolution. See full resolution below:

Rather than debate the Resolution for its own claims and merits, Democrats chose to obfuscate and bring up Donald Trump every chance they got. Of course, the state legislature has no influence on impeaching a President but they have the Constitutional authority to impeach state executive officers like Governor and Attorney General. Democrats provided no defense to the claims leveled against Walz and Ellison, highlighting that they prioritize their party over MN taxpayers.

One Democrat, radical leftist Sydney Jordan (60A), accused the committee of “holding a political circus for Action 4 Liberty”! While most days in the legislature feature clowns engaging in a political circus, impeaching Walz and Ellison is the BEST use of time the legislature could engage in! Jordan’s comment also signifies that crooked politicians know A4L is paying attention and LEADING the impeachment effort against Walz and Ellison! See clip below:

The resolution did not advance to the Fraud Committee following a vote of 8-8, with all Republicans supporting the motion and all Democrats opposing it. Rules Committee members can be seen here and the full committee meeting/Resolution debate can be seen here. Of course, GOP members voted in lockstep because they know how critical this question is to their base. Several GOP members of the House, including Speaker and Governor candidate Lisa Demuth, has refused to take a position on this issue thus far.

Following the committee vote, a press conference was held with several members of the MN Freedom Caucus and supporters of the legislation to discuss what took place. The Freedom Caucus, was attacked by several Democrat members for promoting the Resolution and it being presented to the committee. The MN Freedom Caucus is led by Minnesota State Director and 2025 A4L Top Activist award recipient Paul Tuschy.

If crooked politicians would've listened to A4L from the beginning, Tim Walz would've been long gone years ago! Walz would've never been able to conduct his multi-billion dollar fraud operation or have been selected as Kamala Harris' VP candidate. Instead, spineless RINOs and radical Democrats have given Walz a pass for years. 

Action 4 Liberty is appreciative of Wiener and Davis pushing this Resolution, especially since A4L has previously had to expose Davis for misrepresenting himself on the House floor, ironically on the question of Keith Ellison's budget. Action 4 Liberty is the proven leader of the conservative movement in MN thanks to our unwavering pursuit to protect liberty for the next generation. A4L will continue providing Patriots with liberty-based reporting that cannot be found anywhere else.
