Taxpayers are taken advantage of in Minnesota by big government politicians with sky-high taxes bleeding the citizens dry. The waste, fraud, and abuse has forced candidates to grapple with the issue of big government, and while they may have little to no credibility on the issue, Lisa Demuth and Amy Klobuchar have been forced to pledge that they will not do tax hikes as Governor.

In a recent debate, Lisa Demuth stated that “Tax hikes are absolutely off the table for me” while Klobuchar said “I have made clear I’m not going to increase taxes, and I would actually like to lower taxes”.

The issue of affordability has been caused by the government itself. The government is too big, takes too much money from citizens, and gives away the money to fraudsters. The best way to make life more affordable for Minnesota taxpayers to keep more of their money by making massive cuts to taxes and spending.

Amy Klobuchar and Lisa Demuth will have to have their feet held to the fire to hold them accountable to their pledge to not increase taxes. As is known by many grassroots conservatives, Amy Klobuchar has supported big government and Somali fraud in the U.S. Senate and Lisa Demuth rubber-stamped big government and Somali fraud as Speaker of the MN House.
