The Epstein Files cover-up is a story that is not going away anytime soon. Americans are fuming as our government lies to our faces about Epstein’s pedophile blackmail operation. The most evil crimes imaginable cannot be swept under the rug, the American people, and the MAGA base, are demanding answers.

The U.S. House took a vote on Tuesday, July 15th that would have required the Department of Justice to retain, preserve, and publish all Epstein Files records for the public to see. This was ultimately defeated by a party line vote of 210-211. The narrow margin proves how desperate the establishment is to protect the pedophile elitists from exposure. The man who whipped the GOP to fall in line and protect the pedophiles was none other than Minnesota’s Globalist RINO Congressman Tom Emmer (CD6).

The Washington Post reported the following about Emmer trying to persuade hold-outs in the House Freedom Caucus:

As seen above, growing tensions are forming in the House Freedom Caucus against the Epstein cover-up and Emmer is the con-man to get the anti-establishment thinkers in line. A couple of months ago, Emmer endorsed Rep. Andy Biggs (AZ-CD5) for the 2026 Arizona Governor election and perhaps used that to try to leverage against Biggs to vote as he’s told. The Washington Post misreported Biggs’ vote since he did vote according to the U.S. House Clerk roll call vote.

Time is running out and the excuses given to vote against this measure will likely not be tolerated by the House Freedom Caucus for long. The motion voted on the floor was presented in the form of a procedural move to include the mandated release of the Epstein Files. Sources say the language pushed on the floor was effectively the same as the Amendment pushed in the House Rules Committee. See Amendment below:

As seen in our previous reporting, MN RINO Michelle Fischbach voted against this measure in the committee. On the floor, all four pedophile-protecting GOP Reps from Minnesota (Brad Finstad-CD1, Tom Emmer-CD6, Michelle Fischbach-CD7, and Pete Stauber-CD8) voted to block this information’s release.

Nine GOP Representatives opted to not vote on the measure at all including Buddy Carter (GA-CD1), Monica De La Cruz (TX-CD15), Mark Green (TN-CD7), Wesley Hunt (TX-CD38), Barry Loudermilk (GA-CD11), Morgan Luttrell (TX-CD8), Thomas Massie (KY-CD4), Michael McCaul (TX-CD10), and Andy Ogles (TN-CD5). Two Democrats also did not vote: Delia C. Ramirez (IL-CD3) and Frederica Wilson (FL-). The GOP non-voting members likely did so as a strategic tactic by a faction of the GOP demanding the Epstein Files be released but these Congressmen had reservations about actually voting in support of the motion because they want all details ironed-out before signing off on the mandate to the Executive Branch. If the issue is simply minimal language tweaking, the above mentioned members must lead the charge on this issue immediately. 

Rep. Thomas Massie announced that he is launching a petition to force a vote on the release of this information. As seen below, this resolution is much more specific than the previous Amendment and appears to deal with the Epstein Files exposure as a single-issue. See below:

It is not just the House Freedom Caucus that is (at least) speaking out on the Epstein issue as House Speaker Mike Johnson has also said he supports the release of these files in a livestream Q&A with conservative YouTuber Benny Johnson. If Republicans fail to act on this and continue the cover-up, incumbent RINOs will be primaried around the country thanks to Emmer's voting directives.

It must also be noted how it appears Democrats had zero interest in the release of this information until Trump Administration officials (and President Trump himself) have hypocritically flip-flopped on key elements of the Epstein investigation and evidence. Neither Kamala Harris or Tim Walz demanded the release of the Epstein Files during their 2024 campaign, much like the majority of the Democrats in Congress, yet Democrats are attempting to steal the moral high ground on this issue. Biden never made a single public comment on Epstein during his four years as puppet President and GOP Rep. Tim Burchett (TN-CD2) alleges the Biden Admin destroyed evidence related to the Epstein Files.

The same Democrats who sat on their hands with the Epstein Files under Biden, the same Dems who demonized the movie Sound of Freedom, the same Dems who support the sexualization of children through drag shows, the same Dems who want to change your child’s gender without your permission, and the same Dems who have who mocked “conspiracy theorists” like Alex Jones sounding the alarm on elitist pedophile blackmail operations want to take the moral high ground on the Epstein Files! Congressional Republicans need to WAKE UP and demand immediate transparency.

In order to consider things from all angles, perhaps Congressional Democrats are semi-privy to Epstein File documents and think there will be more politically advantageous material for their party than Republicans. There is also the possibility of misinformation within these documents that would falsely incriminate individuals. However, the political prospects could be the Trump Administration to fail to meet the mandated release of the documents, which Democrats also see as beneficial. This said, President Trump and Vice President J.D. Vance campaigned on the release of the Epstein Files and they must live up to their word. This is a drawing line in the sand for MAGA, unlike the Democrats, there is no shifting goal-post. The MAGA base elected Trump to flip some tables understanding that the release of the Epstein Files would rock the world. 

The release of the Epstein Files may undermine the credibility of U.S. and Israeli Intelligence Forces if it is true that the blackmail operation was run through Epstein by these intelligence agencies if figures like Tucker Carlson are correct. 

President Trump has moved the needle so far by popularizing phrases like “Drain the Swamp”, “Fake News”, and the “Deep State” just as a few examples. The MAGA base has a deep distrust of the Establishment, seeing both Democrats and RINOs as two factions serving the Uniparty masters. By bringing our country into an era of questioning the status quo and ruthlessly calling out corruption, MAGA Republicans have learned to much to sit back while being gaslit by AG Pam Bondi, FBI Director Kash Patel, and FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino.

While it doesn’t seem likely, there is always the consideration of the Trump 5D chess perspective which is to say Trump has a grand scheme already established and we should trust the plan. In this theory, we could presume Trump supports the release of the Epstein Files in full because he supports the full-length of the anti-Deep State agenda. In order to do so, he must make Democrats feel they are seizing the opportunity and hold Republicans back until the time is ripe and a majority of the public is adequately prepared for major uncoverings. The 5D chess theory could also include the Trump Admin uncovering what the Biden Admin tried to hide in this case under their reign so factually accurate info will be released. Unfortunately, this theory does not appear to bear out into reality on face-value considering Trump’s multiple public comments dismissing the relevance of the Epstein Files and opposing further information being released.

President Trump previously labelled Tom Emmer as a Globalist RINO during Emmer's short-lived, failed Speaker bid but their relationship has since changed as Emmer began kissing the ring. In doing so, Emmer was seemingly able to co-opt the MN Trump campaign to force his puppet candidate to be the GOP nominee in CD2. Many, including President Trump, are susceptible to praise and enjoy having others turn a corner from an anti-MAGA Trump critic to a supposed MAGA supporter. President Trump's endorsements since retaking the White House has favored the Establishment political class, including many of the worst RINO incumbents like Lindsey Graham. This runs in clear opposition to the "Drain the Swamp" Agenda since many in Congress are the very swamp creatures that MAGA is talking about. Many in the grassroots give some leniency to President Trump because the beast he is often up against is so corrupt and vicious. He must also keep a Republican Party united legislatively with narrow margins in the House and one key to that is through the Whip, Tom Emmer. Unfortunately, President Trump has not made defeating RINOs a priority to instead present a united front that the grassroots can see right through, the divide between anti-establishment conservatives and Establishment RINOs will always exist. It is also worth considering that President Trump has never deleted the Globalist RINO Tom Emmer Truth Social truth (and one would have to think Emmer has begged Trump to delete it).

Action 4 Liberty proudly stands with the MAGA grassroots that will not allow the Epstein cover-up to continue. Unlike spineless RINOs, we hold politicians to account on their campaign promises and will no longer allow demonic, evil elitists run the show. Minnesota’s 4 GOP Reps (Finstad, Emmer, Fischbach, and Stauber) better shape up quick before it’s legislatively mandated without them. Action 4 Liberty will never waver on principle and supports an end to the Epstein cover-up.
