Joe Teirab, who is Globalist RINO Tom Emmer’s hand-picked candidate in CD2, has been at odds with the grassroots within the MNGOP from the jump. During last night’s MNGOP CD2 Full Committee meeting, Teirab failed again to get the party endorsement.

Tayler Rahm was endorsed by the CD2 delegates at their endorsing convention on April 27th winning nearly 75% of the vote against Teirab. However, Rahm suddenly withdrew from the race after it was too late to add or remove names from the ballot. Rahm took a job with the “Trump Team”, but in reality, Tayler Rahm took a job for Tom Emmer! Was this an example of anti-America First weaponization of the Trump Campaign? 

Rahm’s absence from the race was seen as a massive betrayal to the grassroots. Joe Teirab carpetbagged into CD2 after living in DC, now he seeks to return to the Swamp. Teirab had initially pledged to abide by the endorsing convention then reneged on that promise on April 21st.

The state party tried to force the MNGOP CD2 Full Committee to endorse Teirab, which requires 60% support from their voting member committee to endorse a candidate. This committee is made up of Republican leaders from all over the southern metro down into Le Seuer County. A motion was made to remove the agenda item from consideration at their meeting and a majority won out on that vote. Joe Teirab is yet to be endorsed by the party or the delegates. It was clear that there was no appetite to endorse Joe as he has done nothing but divide the GOP base and refuses to apologize for his lies. The failure of this endorsement, at this point in the race, is indicative that Teirab is not supported by the grassroots Republicans.
