The Never Again Pledge serves as a litmus test for conservative voters that distinguishes freedom loving Patriots from Establishment RINOs. Covid tyranny enforced by Tim Walz was only possible because he has unilateral Emergency Powers as Governor. A4L has demanded the Governor be stripped of that authority since one person should never be able to impose lockdowns and mandates across our entire state. The only legislation that can get the job done is the Never Again Bill (HF26/SF1191) and candidates can prove their support for it by signing onto the Never Again Pledge.

A4L can now report that businessman and Army veteran Kendall Qualls has officially signed onto the Never Again Pledge.

Up to this point, Qualls has refused to sign our pledge by arguing he wouldn’t sign any pledge for any organization. However, it appears that Qualls has realized how much this issue matters to conservatives and has corrected course. MN conservatives want prevent future tyranny and the Never Again Bill is the way to get it done.

Kendall Qualls will be benefitted by grassroots conservatives giving his campaign another look. As the race currently sits, Qualls is joined by Mike Lindell and Lisa Demuth as leading candidates who are expected to have a competitive contest for the party endorsement. By signing the Never Again Pledge, Qualls has further differentiated himself from Lisa Demuth.

As seen in recent A4L reporting, Lisa Demuth is campaigning on the Never Again Bill despite the fact that she blocked the bill on the floor and refuses to sign the Never Again Pledge.

Qualls recently announced modular home/building businessman Brian Nicholson as his running mate. Many were surprised to see he selected an outsider businessman as opposed to a career politician since Nicholson lacks in name ID and government experience. This in mind, conservatives are fed up with crooked politicians destroying our state and know new blood is needed. Republicans and Minnesotans have a history of electing outsiders into the highest levels of government and the Qualls/Nicholson ticket appears to be banking on that strategy.
