MN traditions have been replaced with absurd progressive ideas that are destroying our cities and our state. So sad to watch. These politicians trying to hold on to their jobs after they’ve made MN the fraud capital of the world should be shamed and fired. MN media is a big part of the problem.

Property tax felt wrong to me even when as a kid, I found out that people without kids were paying for my education. Another reason why people move away with their retirement income. There has to be a way to control this.

CLEAN THE FRAUD and you might not need this increase!!!!!! You should be suing the STATE on behalf of the taxpayers to comply with the LAW and get rid of the fraud. And, get legislation to control budget items, such as SNAP to restrict purchases on items that are not a necessity! (In FL, SNAP can not be used for cigarettes, alcohol, pop, entertainment or cash.) Claiming you are only implementing and not in control is the same as “I’m only following orders”. SHAME on you! You are supposed to represent the TAXPAYERS!!! Get to work and stop being lazy.

There is no reason, other than the governments hand in my pocket, that I should be struggling with my finances with my salary, but I am. I’m tired of them all grabbing more and more and never seeing any benefits. Figures they’d shoot for more money with all the fraud that’s been uncovered recently…

Way over-taxed within our County and City. The taxes need to be reduced or people will continue to move elsewhere.

Cut the County social service programs and require the state to fund them with returned fraud money!!!

That won’t be enough? Then cut Dakota County programs that I read about in the Dakota County news letters. If the county can’t afford what makes you think the taxpayer can afford them?

No one is going to die because of Dakota County cuts.

Reminds me of School District 192 insisted on raising taxes for teaching our children. They had to ask to vote three times before it was finally passed in an off election year.
