I have already put in notice to Dakota county commissioner, state legislature, Attorney’s Walz, all of them, two years ago. Also on the unlawful law state legislature put in to allow school borates to vote to extend a levy referendum 10 years after the end date.
A non-response under penalty of perjury is a affirmation of guilt. They didn’t reply. So it needs to be stopped!
