Whereas, it’s a human right to travel, conduct trade, assemble and the Declaration of Independence recognizes the right to pursue happiness, and;

Whereas, elected officials take an oath to uphold people’s rights and are duty bound to that oath, and;

Whereas, Gov. Walz has violated a number of laws with his executive orders, and;

Whereas, Gov. Walz' illegal orders have destroyed businesses, jobs and livelihoods, and;

Whereas, Gov Walz has violated specifically the 14th Amendment that states “nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty or property, without due process of law"

THEREFORE, be it resolved, that we the people of Minnesota DEMAND A RECALL of Gov. Tim Walz for his repeated offenses against his oath and the people & businesses of Minnesota.

Leaders should be aware that mandating masks on the healthy citizens of a nation and preventing their access to food, health care, transport, recreation, or health care, if they don’t comply, is a war crime. Masks or any other medical intervention must remain voluntary.

Walz and all of these businesses Whole Foods which denies customers groceries if they are not wearing a mask along with businesses listed and unlisted , Byerlys, Walmart are all guilty of war crimes. Know your rights. Walz is guilty of mass murder and crimes against humanity. The courts who refuse our petitions are also all guilty of crimes against humanity. Which is treason which during the time of war carries the penalty of death. Walzs illegal orders and mandates continue to destroy the economy, the citizens health and well being. He makes 100,000 dollars a year yet he is worth 400 million dollars Walz is clearly being paid to destroy our health and economy, our way of life as he crushes our freedom while he receives huge kick backs to do so. Everyone involved in these crimes should be investigated and removed from office and convicted of WAR CRIMES. He took an oath to uphold the constitution he is blatantly violating that oath restricting our freedoms while he and his family galavant around the world using the money he was bribed with to destroy our state. You are all guilty of War Crimes. The whole world is watching and waiting g for these demonic criminals to be held accountable. Everyone involved in assisting in theses war crimes will be brought to justice including the Minnesota Supreme Court who is also guilty of horrific war crimes against Sovereign Minnesotans. You are all guilty of war crimes. No one is above the law.

Walz is supposed to be a governor not a dictator. Minnesota needs to be run by it’s constitution not one guys idea of how he wants it.

Walz has abused his power! His rules against MN pools, closures, and limits on how long a person can swim in a pool are unconstitutional! Swimmers against Walz!!!

Past time to give up emergency powers, it’s not an emergency anymore its been 11 months. Its because of incompetence and control. Time for a recall of the attorney general as well, he’s not enforcing laws he’s enforcing an agenda.
