When citizens take action and fight for our liberties, we can achieve victory. Republican State Representative Drew Roach (58B-Farmington) knows that after fighting Flock cameras in his district and causing the county to terminate their contract with Flock the very next day and cut one of the cameras down!

Flock cameras and other license plate readers have become tools for unconstitutional mass-surveillance. The far-left globalists running Flock want to track your every movement and destroy individual liberties. Flock cameras are the antithesis of what our founding fathers envisioned our country to be. If citizens do not get active and cause change, the government will get more and more tyrannical.

Rep. Roach made a video on Sept. 1st in front of a Flock camera in his district, blasting its unconstitutionality as a tool for warrantless surveillance. The following day, Rep. Roach submitted a data request to Dakota County for the contract and the communications concerning Flock cameras and has shared these documents with A4L to review and confirm findings.

The day after Rep. Roach submitted his data information request, the county terminated their contract with Flock! Incumbent Dakota County Sheriff Joe Leko confirmed this fact publicly in a candidate questionnaire by stating that the county ended the Flock program on Sept. 3rd. The county’s Flock contract was supposed to conclude at the end of 2026 but the public pressure and Rep. Roach’s data request appear to have fast-tracked the program’s termination.

The end of the Flock program in Dakota County is a massive win for liberty but the citizens of Dakota County must stay vigilant or mass surveillance will come back.
