RINO Ron Kresha Motion to Dismiss Fraud Lawsuit DENIED

RINO State Representative Ron Kresha has been enduring a lengthy legal battle concerning allegations that his company fraudulently accepted PPP loans. Now, he is trying to have the lawsuit dismissed but his motion was DENIED in court!

As seen in the post below, conservative attorney and former Trump Admin-appointed immigration judge Nathan Hansen states that the motion to dismiss the Qui Tam lawsuit against Kresha’s company has been denied. See below:

Action 4 Liberty began reporting on allegations of PPP loan fraud committed by Ron Kresha’s company in June 2025 after a member of the MN House Fraud Committee, State Rep. Isaac Schultz, was presented evidence related to this matter at a Morrison County GOP meeting. Among other claims, it is alleged that Kresha falsely listed independent contractors as employees to receive more PPP funds, which is not allowed according to the U.S. Department of Treasury.

Following our reporting, Morrison County locals told A4L that Kresha began blaming the bank where Kresha’s company filed for the PPP loans. We then reported that Kresha was served the lawsuit in question now and Kresha’s weaselly, failed attempt to get out of the lawsuit by claiming that A4L reporting made the lawsuit null.

This case is a “qui tam” lawsuit which allows a complainant (the person suing) to receive a percentage of funds recovered by the government in cases of fraud. Kresha is accused of treble damages and civil penalties set forth in 31 U.S.C. Section 3729 (False Claims Act) in the amount of $965,676, which is three times larger than the amount of PPP loans Kresha’s company received.

While RINOs and Democrats played cover for Kresha or stayed silent, Action 4 Liberty kept Patriots informed. A4L will continue to provide Minnesotans with liberty-based reporting that cannot be found anywhere else.
