The PPP loan fraud allegations pointed at RINO State Rep. Ron Kresha (10A) has received little media attention outside of Action 4 Liberty. The RINOs wanted to protect one of their own and the Democrats knew that if they took Kresha out, someone more conservative would replace him. Unlike the phonies on both sides of the aisle, A4L is unafraid to expose corruption no matter which party it is coming from.

A4L reported on the qui tam lawsuit filed by respected conservative attorney Nathan Hansen that alleges Kresha improperly took over $300K in tax dollars as part of the PPP loan program. Kresha’s issue, as the chief financial officer of the company, is that independent contractors were listed as employees for the purpose of collecting these PPP loans which is not allowed via Dept. of Treasury guidelines.

Hansen posted on X a document showing that Kresha’s lawyers are now claiming that Kresha cannot be prosecuted on the fraud allegations because it had been reported in the media (by Action 4 Liberty). See below:

As seen above, Kresha’s ridiculous arguments should hold no weight. Anyone could have filed the qui tam lawsuit at any point regardless of A4L reporting, fraud does not become neutralized through public reporting. 

While some RINOs like Mary Franson, Walter Hudson, and Isaac Schultz have done all that they can to cover for Kresha, the walls are closing in. The PPP loan fraud allegations have even gotten on Tim Walz’ radar, though he didn’t name Kresha likely because he supports legislative Dems protecting him. See here.

Though he'd never admit it, Kresha announced he would not seek reelection because of the mounting pressure surrounding the allegations. Kresha’s Senator, Nathan Wesenberg, has even posted a press release on the MN Republican State Senate website calling on Kresha to resign from office. See here.
