Seeberger, Democrats Stand By Pedophile Language in Omnibus Bill

Democrats, including freshman Senator Judy Seeberger, are standing by the pro-pedophile language they snuck into the Public Safety Omnibus Bill that passed a conference committee of ALL DEMOCRATS on Wednesday night. This same bill carries two gun control measures as well.

We broke the story yesterday that the new omnibus bill (SF2909) removed previously passed language that specified "the physical or sexual attachment to children by an adult is not a protected class." That provision unanimously passed the Minnesota House on April 26th, but Seeberger and other conferees removed it from the final bill.

The final version of the bill that could be voted on as soon as this afternoon has a section that erases current Minnesota law that says "'sexual orientation' does not include a physical or sexual attachment to children by an adult." It's bizarre that Democrats would try to remove this language from law and put it in a Public Safety bill.

Many Action 4 Liberty supporters reached out to Sen Judy Seeberger, and other Democrat senators, about the bill. Seeberger wrote back a canned response to people (see below), accusing us of providing "misinformation" and alleging the bill doesn't change "the crimes against children."

However, we never stated that the Democrat bill changed the criminal code - although, that's the scary path we appear to be heading down. The issue is that Democrats thought it was important to remove language from current law that states how pedophilia is not a "sexual orientation." What constituency of theirs is calling for this change? How is this a pressing issue in 2023?

More importantly, why was the unanimously approved amendment in the house that made sure pedophilia is not a protected class removed from the final bill at the direction of Seeberger and other Democrats?

Let's call a spade a spade here. Democrats have a strange, sick fixation on the sexualization of our children. That's why they are supporting disgusting things like drag shows for little children at the Minnesota State Capitol. Even Seeberger praised the Trans Day of Visibility in Minnesota which featured a drag show with little children in attendance:
