Tad Jude is the Only Statewide Candidate to Sign Never Again Pledge

While all other statewide candidates have refused to sign Action 4 Liberty’s Never Again Pledge, GOP Secretary of State nominee Tad Jude stands alone in protecting Minnesotans from tyrannical lockdowns ever happening again.

See Tad Jude's pledge below:

This pledge allows candidates to show support for the Never Again Bill, which eliminates unilateral emergency power by the Governor. As seen during Covid, Tim Walz weaponized emergency powers to prolong lockdowns and limit freedom. Businesses were destroyed, churches were locked up, children were deprived of proper education, and freedom was criminalized due to total power being left in one corrupt politician’s hands.

All candidates on the general election ballot for Governor, Attorney General, Secretary of State, and State Auditor were sent the Never Again Pledge with a request to sign it. Each office sits on the state’s Executive Council, which votes on emergency power extensions and other issues and could have ended Walz’ lockdowns sooner. With the exception of Tad Jude, every single candidate for these offices refused to respond or sign the pledge!

Tad Jude is running against incumbent SOS Steve Simon, who supported Covid lockdowns and mandates. The SOS race also features Libertarian nominee Chip Tangen and Green nominee Seth Kuhl-Stennes. Simon, Tangen, and Kuhl-Stennes all refused to sign the Never Again Pledge.

Tad Jude is the ONLY statewide candidate giving liberty-conservatives something to vote for!

Like Kendall Qualls and Nate George, Tad Jude knew that signing the Never Again Pledge was needed to win the MNGOP endorsement at the party's state convention.

Steve Simon has refused to comply with federal election oversight measures, allowed a foreign-born/unconstitutional candidate on Minnesota’s Presidential ballot, wants to abolish the Electoral College, unjustly imposed his will on the State House during the opening of session, supported seating Democrat Brad Tabke despite major election fraud, and has given MN election vulnerabilities with the “drivers license for all” program. Now, Simon will be overseeing another election in which he is a candidate, which is a massive conflict of interest.

Tad Jude and Steve Simon had a debate on PBS where Jude supported voter ID requirements, fighting election fraud, establishing provisional ballots, bringing back the old Minnesota state flag, and providing contrasting thoughts on the Executive Council. Jude also called out the election fraud in Shakopee where Democrat Brad Tabke was narrowly declared the winner, which Action 4 Liberty has reported on extensively.

The election for Secretary of State may prove to be one of the closest statewide contests in Minnesota this year.

Action 4 Liberty will continue to provide Patriots with liberty-based reporting that cannot be found anywhere else.

Note: Write-in Governor candidate Brad Kohler has signed A4L’s Never Again Pledge.
