Minnesota’s Constitutional Crisis in the House appears to be coming to a close after weeks of Democrats refusing to show up and Republicans caving to liberal demands. Action 4 Liberty has been on the frontlines to report and expose childish Democrat tactics, corrupt liberal court rulings, the GOP lawsuit against Simon, and the pathetic caving RINOs. A4L has refused to leave Patriots in the dark as Lisa Demuth gave up the gavel and power of the House to Tyrant Steve Simon and caved to more demands than the liberal Supreme Court requested through a ruling that had no formal writ.

A4L can now report that the GOP has completely submitted to Democrats and have GIVEN UP their Majority! RINO leadership has also reportedly agreed to seat Brad Tabke despite 21 missing ballots and a 14 vote margin of victory. 

The "party of election integrity" is going to block election integrity!

Republicans have given up all leverage and have shown what unprincipled liars they are. It was clear that Dems were refusing to show up because Republicans had a Majority and could unseat Tabke due to the trashed ballots. By conceding this race, RINOs have ensured that Shakopee/54A residents were not given a clean election where they can be certain that the “winner” truly won. Instead, RINO leadership has allegedly agreed to hold a hearing with the House Ethics Committee on the Tabke race but will take no further action and will allow his seating.

A “power sharing agreement” was reached between the GOP and Democrat negotiating teams which set the stage for the big government Uniparty Swamp to run the show. In the deal, Republicans control committees (for about a month) until the deep blue 40B special election is complete, GOP gets control over a fraud oversight committee, and Lisa Demuth gets to be Speaker and remain Speaker through 2026.

Fake power and self-aggrandizement appear to be so appealing to Demuth that she is willing to backstab Minnesota’s conservative base to have it! Republicans gain little to nothing with a Demuth Speakership if she concedes the Majority and only has one measly committee win to show for negotiations. One has to wonder whether Demuth is an incompetent negotiator, a power-hungry ladder-climber, a phony conservative, or a mixture of the three.

Demuth has been an incredibly inconsistent, unprincipled, and failed leader of House Republicans. Demuth has earned her nickname of Empty Suit Lisa “Kamala” Demuth by proving once again that she will change her position immediately for power and is completely missing the moment. Demuth has moved the goalposts and expects conservatives to celebrate a personal victory for her instead of delivering liberty wins for the base. From the quorum question to “power sharing agreements”, it’s not too difficult to find two clips of Demuth saying the EXACT opposite of the other. While RINOs will celebrate their version of identity politics, conservative Representatives may begin to question if Demuth is truly the person that they want leading them.

The House appears to be meeting tomorrow for the first day of session with all elected members present. Republicans still have the ability and authority to remove Brad Tabke and allow Shakopee to have a clean and fair election. After the Constitutional Crisis that MN citizens have been dragged through, the very least Patriots deserve is a floor vote on the seating of radical liberal Brad Tabke to expose the RINOs. 

The “power sharing agreement” is guaranteed to allow crony politics to remain in charge since Republican leaders believe the false assertion that 68 votes are needed to pass legislation. This deal is also working against the interests of the MNGOP who has begun organizing efforts to recall no-show Democrats. By undermining their own conservative activists, House GOP leadership is backstabbing the base that elected them. Election integrity is the most important issue. Without clean elections, citizens cannot trust that their government is truly of, by, and for the people. Conservatives expect GOP leaders to "FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT!" like President Trump during these critical times.

Action 4 Liberty will keep Patriots informed as the Legislature continues to develop. RINOs who throw in the towel will continue to be exposed as A4L serves as the microphone for the conservative grassroots of our state. We will remain principled and unwavering in our fight for liberty, caving to RINOs and liberals will never be an option.
