Action 4 Liberty is always ahead of the curve. On example after example, A4L is leading the MN grassroots conservative thought movement. From predicting the Kamala/Walz ticket while Biden was still in the presidential race to refusing to seat leftist Brad Tabke to RINO Ron Kresha’s alleged PPP loan fraud, A4L has always been on the right side of history.

While A4L first exposed evidence of alleged PPP loan fraud by Rep. Ron Kresha (10A) months ago in June, most legislators, including Democrat legislators, refused to take action or even speak of it. Sources tell A4L that Rep. Isaac Schultz has privately defended Kresha in regards to the PPP loans and Establishment Puppet Walter Hudson (who supported Kresha for reelection against conservative Diane Webb Skilings) did so publicly on social media. In the above campaign video for Elliot Engen’s State Auditor campaign, Engen said “Minnesota needs an independent watchdog who […] doesn’t selectively choose when to call out bad behavior, fraud, or corruption”. This sounds great until you put two and two together and realize that Engen selectively chose to sit on the Ron Kresha PPP fraud allegations until he was running for State Auditor! While Engen should be commended for calling out corruption, it is always much easier to do things when doing so benefits your climbing the political ladder.

While a new lawsuit has given the story some new life, A4L has been exposing this for MONTHS! If we are on top of it, there is no excuse for the legislators to not be on top of it.

Engen is following A4L’s lead by requesting that the House Fraud Committee investigate the matter and have Kresha held accountable. While some RINOs will tell you otherwise, the House Fraud Committee can take action! Keep in mind, the fraud committee is a new invention! There is NOT longstanding precedent and rules, this was an invention of RINO Reps to serve partisan ends. The ONLY rule in the House agreement related to the Fraud Committee determines the partisan make-up of the committee (5 GOP and 3 Dems). This means they are not limited to investigating fraud at the state level, they have even investigated programs that receive federal funding. Additionally, Fraud Committee Chair Kristin Robbins has demanded a federal audit, proving that the Committee’s hands are not tied like they’d proclaim.

The RINO Ron PPP loan fraud allegations now sit squarely at the Fraud Committee’s doorstep. Chair Kristin Robbins (37A) and members Patti Anderson (33A), Dave Pinto (64B), Steve Elkins (50B), Emma Greenman (63B), Walter Hudson (30A), Marion Rarick (29B), and Isaac Schultz (10B) have obfuscated their responsibility for long enough. 

Another Republican candidate for Auditor, Braham Mayor Nate George, was asked by A4L for his thoughts on the Kresha PPP loan case. George supported the matter being investigated with a determination over wrong-doing, though he sees the Ethics Committee and courts as better avenues. George argued the State Auditor has nothing to do with PPP loans unless the a claim is made that the state or a local government's loan was fraudulent which is not the case. He additionally found Engen's sudden worry on the matter to be a ploy for publicity.

Some conservatives wonder why the Democrats (like Pinto, Elkins, and Greenman) are protecting Ron Kresha and have not taken action against him so far. The reason is because the Dems do not want a real conservative representing HD10A. They would rather have someone like Ron Kresha who votes for the corrupt omnibus bills like funding abortion/Planned Parenthood (HF2435), the Keith Ellison/LGBTQIA2S+ Council's budget increases (SF3045), funding a DEI office for the Dept. of Education (HF2433) and even sponsors bills giving millions to lawyers to keep illegal aliens in MN (HF2409). Kresha is about as liberal of a Republican as the Democrats can get so they do not want to get rid of him!

Some conservative may also question why the Republicans should expose the corruption of one of their own members while the House is a tie. However, the House is unlikely to remain a tie following November’s election. Democrat House Rep. Amanda Hemmingsen-Jaeger (47A) is likely winning the special Senate election which will cause a vacancy in the House. Additionally, Kaohly Vang Her is running for St. Paul Mayor, which could cause another Democrat vacancy. This could mean that the GOP would still have a temporary 1 person majority even if RINO Ron resigned or was otherwise removed from office.

Action 4 Liberty appreciates that Engen has finally spoken up and is raising the awareness of Ron Kresha’s alleged PPP loan fraud. We hope to see all legislators consistently fight against fraud and demand that the Fraud Committee take immediate action to investigate this matter. While A4L remains ahead of the curve, we will keep Patriots informed about the battles of today and tomorrow.
