While Action 4 Liberty remained the lone voice in MN media exposing RINO state Rep. Ron Kresha’s alleged PPP loan fraud, Kresha has waved the white flag and publicly announced that he will not seek re-election in 2026. As usual, A4L is ahead of the curve and gives Patriots information that they cannot get anywhere else.

Political pressure has been mounting for Kresha as A4L exposure continued gaining attention. In a recent campaign video, State Rep. and State Auditor candidate Elliott Engen followed A4L’s lead by announcing his support for an investigation into Kresha’s PPP loans. This comes after a $965K lawsuit was filed against Kresha by respected attorney Nathan Hansen.

The walls are closing in on Kresha and he is admitting defeat! Action 4 Liberty has been right all along on Ron Kresha! He is a self-serving RINO who fails to represent the conservative values of his district. See the full statement in the following from the Morrison County Record article:

As seen above, Kresha claims that he and his wife made the decision for him not to run eight months ago but locals tell A4L that Kresha participated in a fundraiser where he asked individuals for campaign money alongside Sen. Jeff Howe, who is his roommate in the cities, earlier this month on October 8th. Why would he host a fundraiser if he does not plan on seeking re-election? Sources tell A4L that Howe is also not going to run for re-election and will be moving to Florida. Why would two individuals not running for re-election be begging regular people for money? Where will the money donated to Kresha or Howe go, why do they owe favors to the HRCC and SVF? How ripped off do the attendees of this fundraiser feel right now? Would people have shown up at all if they knew these two were on their way out the door? This blatant corruption is exactly why conservatives are fed up with Kresha.

Kresha is not running for re-election because he would lose the local endorsement and the primary. He has overstayed his welcome and his constituents are anxious to replace him. Kresha failed to win the local party endorsement in the last two cycles and was condemned by Morrison County GOP for his ultra-liberal voting record including his vote for the abortion/Planned Parenthood funding bill (HF2435), the Keith Ellison/LGBTQIA2S+ Council budget increases (SF3045), funding a DEI office for the Dept. of Education (HF2433), and even sponsoring a bill giving millions of tax dollars to lawyers to keep illegal aliens in Minnesota (HF2409).

Senator Nathan Wesenberg (SD10) and Rep. Drew Roach (58B) have each released strong statements calling Kresha out. It remains clear that conservatives are the only group concerned with wasted tax dollars as there is not a single Democrat legislator calling Kresha out. Why are the Democrats protecting Kresha? It’s because they do not want a real conservative in that seat and they know Kresha is about as liberal and Establishment as they can get. The Star Tribune has also remained silent on this story, likely for the same reason as Democrats, despite multiple activists and relevant parties in District 10A and Morrison, Mille Lacs, and Kanabec counties being interviewed by the Tribune beginning at least in July of this year.

It is not enough that RINO Ron has decided not to torture his constituents with an eighth term in office. If you think Kresha should RESIGN sign our petition here.
