Duly-Elected Delegate Thrown Out of State Central Cmte. Meeting

The corruption that has infected the MNGOP grows by the day and the establishment is getting even bolder with their tactics. The grassroots continue to be shut out from the very process that should be controlled and maintained by the grassroots. Elitists in the MNGOP have decided to pursue an agenda that targets and attacks common Patriots who fight RINOs.

Among the fighters against tyranny is Mille Lacs County BPOU Chair Larry Doose who experienced corruption firsthand today (5/16/24) at the MNGOP State Central Committee (SCC) Convention. Larry is a delegate for the SCC and was elected by his BPOU to fight for their conservative interests.

Larry Doose became a central figure during the party’s previous SCC Convention with his attempt to remove RINO David Hann as party Chair. Despite presenting hard-hitting facts with a calm and reasoned demeanor, he was attacked with lies and misrepresentations by Hann and company. His participation in a room rental for a “Rebuild the MNGOP” discussion area led to a corrupt Sergeant at Arms closing and blocking the hallway door that led to this room. Unlike the state party, this group paid for the use of the facility and does not have any outstanding debt.

Doose began to take matters into his own hands after he felt was defamed and illegally entrapped due to the Sgt. at Arms blockage so he sued David Hann. This does not play well into David Hann’s North Korea-esque ideals for uniformity in the party. The fact that a grassroots Patriot took it upon himself to file this lawsuit showed the party “leadership” that Larry Doose was never going to back down from his convictions.

Which led to the events of today where Larry Doose was thrown out of the State Central Committee, of which he is a duly elected delegate. To make matters worse, the rule in which they used to throw him out could not have been enforced because the rules had not passed in the meeting at that point! You should be seeing a pattern to the scam the RINOs play!

Tom Emmer puppet/MNGOP lackey Anna Mathews was at the credentialing table when Doose approached to register his guest. Doose was already credentialed himself, as the credentials can be seen on Larry in the article picture. As we are informed, Mathews demanded Doose and his guest stand off to the side with a Sgt. at Arms. After over an hour of time wasted, sources say the following took place: Mathews informed Doose that he would not be allowed on the floor because he was “suing the party”. Larry informed Anna that he was not suing the party, he was suing David Hann personally. Anna suggested that because he is Chair, it is connected to the party. Doose responded by saying “He could be a member of the golf club down the road but the lawsuit doesn’t have anything to do with them!” Attendees say that David Hann falsely told the body that Doose was suing the party.

At this point, Doose was told he would not be allowed on the floor and had to leave the building. He was never refunded his money, nevertheless given the seat that he was duly-elected to. This is proof that even when someone does everything right, goes through the process, becomes a delegate, attends the meetings, and voices their concerns, the Establishment will still rig the game against you.

The State Central meeting is only the first day for the MNGOP mess this weekend and the party elitists already screwed over the grassroots before the meeting even started. The Swamp will target any Patriot who challenges the status quo and tries to save our state. The Establishment, RINO Republicans have lost every single statewide election since 2006. David Hann and other RINOs do not have the answers, in fact, they are just as guilty as the Democrats for the downfall of MN. Hann told delegates that the party identified 200K Republicans that didn't vote in the last election and he didn't know why. Maybe it is because the party ATTACKS their own base and refuses to fight for them! Will delegates fight to change the party from within? Tomorrow is another day…

Committeewoman Candidates Attacked for Otter Tail County Stance

Candidates for RNC Committeeman and Committeewoman will face Republican State Central Delegates on Thursday night in St. Paul. Current Committeeman Alex Pleccash is being challenged by AK Kamara and Current Committeewoman Barb Sutter is stepping down – making the position an open seat. With the state party melting down over Dave Hann’s actions in Otter Tail County, the issue has become a top priority for many voters – striking a nerve with the nominations committee.

Among the candidates for Committeewoman are Emily Novotny Chance, Joy Orvis, and Amanda Hughes. While Novotny Chance was considered qualified for the position by the state party nominations committee, Orvis and Hughes were not. The committee is made up of appointees who are tasked with interviewing candidates wishing to run for RNC Committeeman/woman.

If candidates want a chance to be nominated by delegates, they must be deemed qualified by the committee. Amanda Hughes was deemed “unqualified” by the committee because of her efforts to remove Chair Dave Hann at the previous State Central Convention. Joy Orvis was found “qualified with reservations” because she refused to take a position on the Otter Tail County mess.

READ UP ON THE DISENFRANCHISED OTC DELEGATES

That’s right, this nominations committee is so fired up over this issue that they would put their thumb on the scales of the committeewoman election. By deeming Orvis “qualified with reservations,” delegates will be led to believe that she should be voted against.

Here’s a screenshot from a recent Orvis campaign email.

You should not be surprised that Dave Hann’s Republican Party is vindictive and drunk on power. Under his guidance, the CD 1 GOP just voted to remove executive member Wendy Phillips for helping Otter Tail County host a convention independently.

It seems that Emily Novotny Chance is the establishment favorite for RNC Committeewoman, but the delegates will have their final say on Thursday night.

Corrupt CD1 Chair/Finstad Staffer Aaron Farris Kicks Out Patriot State Exec. Member

NOTE- As a precursor, check out A4L President Erik Mortensen’s video breakdown before this event and disenfranchised delegate Merle Hexum's video

The MNGOP establishment disenfranchises delegates, screws over conservative candidates, and kicks out free thinkers from leadership. The divisive and swampy style by the likes of Chair David Hann and other “leaders” is all about retribution instead of winning. Wendy Phillips faced the brunt end of it today and she did nothing but fight for Patriots.

CD1 State Executive Committeewoman Wendy Phillips has been a Patriot who was a grassroots candidate for State House in 2022. Since then, she has continued to be a truth-teller fighting for fairness and freedom while serving in party leadership. As a State Executive member, Wendy fought to restore the 2024 Otter Tail County delegates, went up to Otter Tail with A4L President Erik Mortensen and listened to FIVE hours of testimonies from delegates and reviewed their caucus documents.

Wendy was asked by Otter Tail delegates, knowing she was a neutral arbiter, to serve as the Chair of their Convention. She agreed and wanted to ensure everything was run fairly since this dispute has been so contentious. This convention was held after David Hann and his useless idiots voted to disenfranchise Otter Tail, while Wendy Phillips and other Patriots voted to let duly elected delegates vote!

Today, Wendy Phillips was punished by the Establishment for Chairing the “unsanctioned” convention in Otter Tail and because she did, David Hann told his puppet CD1 Chair Aaron Farris to KICK Wendy off the Exec. Board! Farris has been a politician way before he could even vote and has been groomed as an Establishment do-boy. He does as he is told and is rewarded with paychecks from Rep. Brad Finstad. He may look like a child but he has more power than he deserves. Farris added “Removal of Wendy Phillips” to the agenda for the CD1 meeting for the simple reason that she rebuffed the state party illegitimate, and likely illegal, treatment of delegates in Otter Tail. Pawns like Farris make the party worse.

Mortensen and supporters of Wendy from CD1, Otter Tail, and across Minnesota joined her as she fought the BS. 2022 SOS Candidate and election integrity champion Erik van Mechelen posted an excellent video at the event. Unfortunately, crony types typically outnumber patriots and that was the case tonight. Wendy was KICKED OUT of the meeting along with her supporters. This is despite the CD1 GOP Constitution declaring these OPEN MEETINGS! To hide their dirty behavior, they closed the curtains so conservatives couldn't even SEE what was going on! How much more pompous can they be? Wendy was then kicked out of leadership by the same crooked RINOs. Standing up to corruption is not tolerated in the MNGOP! See pictures of supporters inside and outside below:

Wendy Phillips has also voted to remove David Hann as Chair and he is seeking retribution for her not obeying his orders. He cannot stand to have a freethinker who will do what is right despite what he says! RINO Rep. Brad Finstad is also to blame in this. Aaron Farris, like several other CD Chairs, is PAID by the incumbent Congressman despite party officers having duties for neutrality before the endorsement. Like usual, the scam is always to get the people the establishment wants rich…

After the convention, an establishment crony named Robert Hoffman confronted Mortensen and said Patriot Lisa Hanson standing up to Walz’ unconstitutional orders was “all a show” and just wanted “the limelight”. Yes, this clown thinks Lisa Hanson spending 60 days in jail was “a show”. This is just one example of the ill-informed that voted to remove Wendy.

Wendy Phillips was taken out because she is a THREAT to the Establishment’s power! Once you see corruption firsthand, expose it, fight it, and then try to correct it, you will be smeared and attacked and removed from leadership. This is the crooked, under-handed, anti-grassroots behavior that the MNGOP has become famous for. The corruption needs to end!

Aaron Farris should be REMOVED as CD1 Chair for causing this corrupt removal.

David Hann should be REMOVED as MNGOP Chair for screwing over grassroots.

Rep. Brad Finstad should immediately CONDEMN the removal of Wendy Phillips.

CD5 Dem Convention: Unfair, Woke Transgender Delegate Rules

Tomorrow on Saturday (5/11/24), the Minnesota Democrats in CD5 will be meeting for their 2024 Endorsing Convention. This is expected to be a highly competitive process for the Democratic Party’s Endorsement as incumbent Rep. Ilhan Omar is facing off in a rematch with former Minneapolis City Councilman Don Samuels, who will be 75 years old in a few days.

Criminal defense attorney Sarah Gad and National Guard recruiter/small business owner Tim Peterson are also running for the Democrat Endorsement. This Endorsing Convention comes after the MNGOP’s CD5 convention on April 28th. That event was held on a Sunday, which likely angered Christians and conservatives. Known anti-Trump RINO Dalia al-Aqidi was endorsed by acclimation, raising suspicions how she will run her campaign since she will share the GOP ballot line with President Trump.

In 2022, Ilhan defeated Don Samuels for the party Endorsement and narrowly won the primary by a vote of 50.3% to 48.2%. Three other candidates received the remaining votes in that primary. This highly anticipated rematch will be flooded with outside money and special interest groups with ridiculous commercials and ads. After such a close call in 2022, AIPAC is now looking to target Ilhan’s campaign and take her out in the primary.

The CD5 Democrat convention rules have appeared on their website and there are some very radical provisions! Included in their rules package are plans to force lower-ranked alternates based on gender identity! It further states that individuals who do not identify as male or female will not be counted as either! These rules will allow transgenders to be seated en mass over normal people! See woke rules 8, 16, and 42E below:

Not only is this woke garbage, but it is flagrantly a violation of the delegate process that people undertook starting at the precinct caucuses. Imagine you are an alternate who is just about to be sat on the floor, only to be stopped so a lower-ranked alternate, cross-dresser/transgender/non-binary can take your spot! In practice, does this mean that alternate #52 can be seated before alternate #1 from a BPOU simply because of their "gender identity"? According to Democrats, someone with gender dysphoria and their vote should be valued more than anyone else’s! There may be a severe clash of cultures in the event that Muslim Democrats fight this rule.

This should be a violation of law, but Minnesota, like many other states, does nothing to protect the integrity of party conventions and endorsements. Our State Constitution and related statutes do not adequately protect citizens from corrupt political party proceedings. For far too long, political parties can get away with all kinds of scams and ways to rig results in their favor. It is time that corrupt political parties are held to account!

Three House Republicans Vote for Gun Control

Last week, Minnesota House Democrats pushed another one of their insane gun control proposals. This time, legislation that bans binary triggers – a simple modification to semiautomatic firearms that slightly increases the rate of fire. This bill also increases penalties for transferring firearms in ways not approved by the state. HF 2609 passed the house in a vote of 71-59, with three Republicans voting with Democrats.

Here's the vote board to prove it!

Those Republicans include Representative Andrew Myers (a former co-sponsor on the bill!), Representative Mark Wiens, and Representative Jeff Witte. Wiens and Witte were actually endorsed by the Minnesota Gun Owner's Caucus -- who was recently commended by a Democrat Senator for their support of gun control legislation.

The Minnesota Gun Owners Caucus and their PAC (MNGOCPAC) has a history of endorsing anti-gun politicians and candidates. This organization has gone so far as to DONATING to the DFL party back in 2018.

Here's a screenshot taken directly from the Campaign Finance Board website showing a $500 donation to the DFL State Central Committee. The leadership of the MNGOCPAC claims they donated $500 to the Democrats in order to have a booth at their convention so they could attempt to influence anti-gun politicians and find pro-gun Democrats.  Apparently the MNGOCPAC thinks endorsing anti-gun candidates and donating to Democrats is the best way to fight the Democrat gun control agenda.

The other piece of legislation was the mandatory storage bill – HF 4300 – which passed on a smaller party-line vote.

Both pieces of legislation have been sent to the Senate which sits at a standstill. Democrats there have a narrow majority of 34-33. The majority caucus is considering a vote on both pieces of legislation with their resident burglar, Senator Nicole Mitchell, facing a criminal trial for breaking into her stepmother’s home.

There’s hope that this legislation dies in the Senate with such a slim majority. If it passes, however, you’ll know that three Republicans in the State House helped make it happen. Be sure that Reps Myers, Wiens, and Witte know that they violated YOUR Second Amendment rights and be wary of the MN Gun Owners caucus and the candidates they endorse.

Corrupt CD6 Convention Rigged for Emmer; Kicked Opponent Out

The MNGOP Congressional district conventions have been underway in our state with CD1 and CD6 taking place today (5/4/24). Congressman Brad Finstad faced no opposition for the GOP Endorsement but CD6 was a whole other story. As a first-hand witness to the scam convention, it was clear that they feared the common man being allowed to challenge their beloved RINO Congressman and kicked him out of the convention hall!

Tom Emmer, who President Trump labeled a ‘Globalist RINO’ during his Speaker bid, was challenged only by one candidate, a grassroots conservative named Chris Corey. Chris submitted his nomination email to Chair Bobby Benson before the deadline and completed a conference call with the Nominations Committee (NomCom). Chris met every deadline and requirement set by the CD6 Constitution and Convention Rules. He figured that things would not be run fairly when they refused to give him the email list of delegates.

Chris was challenging Tom Emmer to provide conservatives with an America First option that would end the funding of Ukraine, cut spending, clean up our elections, and fight the corruption in DC. As a professional golf caddie for a living, Chris believes he would get along great with President Trump! He is a very likable, presentable, and smart guy who simply wanted to add his voice and challenge a career politician. Because he did not have the delegate email list, he was unable to introduce himself to most delegates before the convention. He was able to introduce his beliefs to delegates via the following flyer:

On Friday night, the night before the convention, Chris received a call from NomCom Chair Vince Beaudette who stated that Chris was deemed an “Unqualified Candidate”. Chris asked for the reasons and Vince stated that he was not qualified because he 1. Did not file with the FEC (which is not required by CD6 rules). 2. Did not do a Zoom call with the NomCom (also not required by CD6 rules and he did a conference call). And 3. Falsely claimed that Chris told them he could not raise the money (Chris vehemently denies that statement and argues the opposite). We suggested that Bobby Benson adds these fictitious rules and standards if he wants to enforce them.

Chair Bobby Benson, who is a longtime Emmer paid employee, is supposed to act as a neutral arbiter during conventions and not allow leadership to show favor. Benson is clearly a bad faith actor who is paid to support Tom Emmer. Should that kind of person be allowed to chair the Congressional Party and its Convention? There was a clear and present bias in the NomCom as well, evidenced by their speeches on the convention floor and prior endorsements for Emmer during this election cycle.

Chris Corey was denied campaign credentials immediately by Bobby Benson, who used the corrupt nominations report to justify his actions. Corey stated he was going to fight, within the rules, to get his name added into nomination. Benson falsely claimed it could not be fought in the rules, to which Chris and I explained he was wrong. This attempt was an underhanded, parliamentarian argument that he was hoping would go over our heads. Unfortunately for Bobby, we could easily see through his tricks.

Three Patriots with spines of steel made a variety of motions to allow Chris to be nominated and simply give him the opportunity to speak and present his case. A number of other Patriot Delegates compared the Chris Corey removal to the various attempts to remove Trump from our ballots. Delegates also argued that giving him the opportunity to speak creates competition and prevents a complete coronation of Emmer. These attempts angered the establishment and they began presenting lies about Chris and the convention rules. The motions received around 25%-30% roughly from the voice and standing votes, with some delegates admitting privately that they would have voted differently if it were a secret ballot. At one point, the CD6 Parliamentarian Rep. Harry Niska stated that the motions were in order and could be done from the floor. This was perhaps the only sign of fairness all day from the CD6 Convention or Party leadership.

Each motion was defeated after speeches were made that lied about Chris on several fronts, including one that questioned if he owned his home despite the fact that he never said a thing about home ownership! Also, this is irrelevant and it is not a requirement to run for Congress! Because they could not find anything on Chris, they tried to use that against him! To make matters worse, Chris was not allowed to speak at the convention at all and could not address the lies that were being thrown his way. It did not help matters when Walter Hudson asked delegates to support the censorship of Chris Corey and allow Emmer to be ushered in unopposed. Hudson also recently endorsed RINO Ron Kresha against Patriot Diane Webb-Skellings, showing a bad new pattern of Walter to protect RINO incumbents.

Following all the BS and hurdles, the rigged NomCom, and the three votes and speeches filled with lies; Chris was FED UP! He, his campaign advisor Tom Madden (and his son), and I began shouting at Bobby Benson and to the Convention delegates that the convention was corrupt! This can be seen here. Benson then demanded that we be removed. Corey's message had a strong amount of support, despite most delegates expecting to vote for a coronation of Emmer or No Endorsement. Several delegates thanked Chris for running, were excited to vote for him, and wished that they could’ve simply run a fair process.

Chris Corey is now considering a primary campaign against Emmer. Corey told the NomCom that he would abide by the endorsement if the process was fair. It was clear that this process was anything but fair. Corey’s campaign proves that common citizen Patriots are feared by the establishment and they do not want to be held accountable for their voting record. This race also proves that party units should not have leadership who is sold out to a candidate before an endorsement is even made! If 30% or so of delegates will oppose the establishment when its rigged, imagine what We The People could do on an even and fair playing field!

Democrats Use Surplus Money to Investigate Truancy

Minnesota House Democrats passed an enormous supplemental education budget bill on Tuesday night. The 68-61 vote passed on legislation that would give an additional $43 million of surplus dollars to a variety of government bureaucracies.

This legislation (HF5237) offers money to a variety of pilot programs. Among them is a new program that would crack down on truancy in schools. Truancy is classified as a crime in Minnesota and allows the state to charge the parents for not brining their children to school. This bill gives $3.34 million to the enforcement program, and $64,000 to a study program on the issue.

When students are not coming to class, there are bigger problems at play. The same problems that cause falling test scores and a shortage of teachers. The public school system in Minnesota is broken and students pay the price.

Throwing more money at an issue will not make it go away. Democrats tried doing this in 2023 with record breaking funding for schools. Despite this, test scores are still low and schools in the Twin Cities are still facing budget shortfalls.

Working parents should not be penalized for occasionally keeping their kids at home. After all, those kids belong to the family – not the state. If legislators want students in classrooms, they need to make education more appealing and palatable for students.

BREAKING: Libertarian Party Nominating Trump for President? Breakdown Opinion Piece

The Libertarian Party invited President Donald J. Trump to address their national convention taking place May 24th-26th and he accepted the invitation! This could be a monumental moment of uniting the conservative and libertarian causes around the MAGA agenda! Javier Milei, Libertarian President of Argentina, has already endorsed President Trump. This invitation was also sent to Joe Biden.

Trump merchandise was even available on their website for a short time before it was taken down. See below:

The Libertarian Party is the third largest political party in the country and it was able to get ballot access for their presidential candidates for the last two election cycles (2016 and 2020). The party has a mix of various philosophies ranging from anarchy to Constitutionalism to minarchy to pragmatism to single issue messages. It is clear that the majority of Libertarian voters would’ve otherwise voted Trump if there was not a Libertarian on the ballot.

There has been a growing underbelly within the party called the Mises Caucus that is further right than the Libertarian Party has been in decades. Their chosen leader, Angela McArdle, was elected as Chair of the party in 2022. They have done little to change the ineffective and obsolete nature of the party but have clearly made their messaging more palatable for small government conservatives.

Now the party is considering Trump to speak at their convention and receive their nomination! Trump is the most libertarian President of the modern era, and for a long time further back, and it should come as no surprise that Trump is finding common ground with hardcore liberty voters. Trump will eliminate the deep state, end the foreign wars, cut regulations, cut taxes, fight the new world order, protect our gun rights, clean up our elections, and preserve our God given Rights. What more could a libertarian want?

More importantly, Trump has the attitude and persona of a libertarian. He is not a Globalist who will cave and do as he is told. Trump will always do and say what Trump wants. He is a rebel in the Swamp who pushes the boundaries and challenges crooked politicians. He is a threat to the socialist status quo and is feared by the establishment. The trailblazing renegade of the MAGA movement should be fought for alongside Libertarians, not against them. Libertarians must also recognize the weaponization of government by Biden and be ready to join the team to defeat it. There is an absolute distrust of government that can be used as a bridge between these groups.

The Libertarians have made fools of themselves for the past two election cycles. This included their 2016 VP candidate vouching for Hillary Clinton across the corporate fake media and a completely incompetent, and woke, 2020 Presidential candidate. The fundraising for the Libertarian Party has been atrocious and proof that the liberty energy in our country is centered around Trump. This would be a drastic change from the previous messaging of the party, and even of the messaging of the candidates currently seeking the party’s presidential nomination.

These no-name candidates understand that they could be, and in some cases want to be, spoilers to help Joe Biden and the Democrats. The libertarian ideology is more similar to the GOP than the Democrats by a mile and it becomes unnecessary if a candidate is already pushing your message. This is not to say the Libertarians should be forced out, but perhaps, their wisest decision would be to sit out the election and support the removal of dementia Joe Biden. They may find more use in down ballot races where third party challenges would be more welcomed by voters, especially considering the large number of candidates already running.

While the Libertarian Party would find the most success, growth, and legitimacy with a move like this, there will certainly be nay-sayers in the party who will try to prevent this. They almost nominated Justin Amash in 2020, who famously voted to impeach Trump because he got his feelings hurt. The Libertarian Party has press releases attacking Trump and they even tweeted that Trump is the “deep state” this week! He has not gotten a vote at their convention in 2016 or 2020, how strong is the Mises Caucus? Can he trust them?

McArdle’s leadership and decisions had been questioned by Libertarians when she was courting RFK Jr. to run for their party nomination. RFK Jr. ultimately rejected this after pushback was received from the party members. If McArdle is willing to utilize the Libertarian Party for the benefit of MAGA, instead of acting as a detriment, that would be a major win for Trump.

President Trump had the following message to say to the party: “Libertarians are some of the most independent and thoughtful thinkers in our Country, and I am honored to join them in Washington, DC, later this month” “We must all work together to help advance freedom and liberty for every American, and a second Trump Administration will achieve that goal. I look forward to speaking at the Libertarian Event, which will be attended by many of my great friends. We all have to remember that our goal is to defeat the Worst President in the History of the United States, BY FAR, Crooked Joe Biden. If Libertarians join me and the Republican Party, where we have many Libertarian views, the election won’t even be close. We cannot have another four years of death, destruction, and incompetence. WE WILL WORK TOGETHER AND WIN!”

Update- Trump will speak on Saturday, May 25th after their scheduled POTUS debate. The winner of said debate (determined by delegate poll) will get to question Trump with questions passed in a $10 poll. Some have accused the debate qualification to be corrupt and rigged, including a candidate in the race, before this added criteria was established. He accused the Libertarian Party of running a manipulative fundraising scheme that made individuals falsely believe that they were donating to a candidate, instead of to the party.

Emmer-backed RINO Gets Crushed in CD2 Convention

This weekend held several GOP endorsing conventions across the state and saw the following candidates get endorsed: CD2-Tayler Rahm, CD3-Tad Jude, CD4-May Lor Xiong, CD5-Dalia al-Aqidi, and CD8-Pete Stauber. As we previously reported, CD7’s convention resulted in No Endorsement, showing major signs of weakness for Rep. Michelle Fischbach. CD1 and CD6 GOP conventions will be on May 4th.

One of the highest stakes endorsement up for grabs was at CD2 which pitted defense attorney Tayler Rahm against former federal prosecutor Joe Teirab. Teirab is backed by Emmer and has been the establishment’s chosen candidate for the district. Below you can see that Teirab has filed with the FEC that the “Emmer Majority Builders” PAC as a coordinating committee:

Teirab is a Harvard graduate, a former marine, and a prosecutor who seemed to do everything right to become a Congressman. The only problem for Teirab is that he is incredibly unpopular with conservative delegates. 288 delegates voted and Tayler Rahm won the convention on the first ballot with 212 votes/74.4%. Teirab got 73 votes/25.6% which means that 3 delegates voted for uncommitted, no endorsement, or gave an unintelligible or blank ballot.

Teirab was seen as the establishment who even stated that a “little lockdown” is okay as it pertains to Covid. He appears willing to go along with swampy omnibus bills that fund other countries instead of our own borders. Teirab recently moved from DC and carpetbagged into the district of CD2.

Teirab backtracked on his pledge on April 21st by stating he would not abide by the endorsement. Considering that he did this only one week ahead of the convention, many speculated it was because he was not connecting with the delegates. It was widely expected that Tayler Rahm would win, considering that he has been campaigning for 10 months and building good will among the grassroots.

Ahead of the convention, mainstream media and Joe Teirab began attacking Tayler Rahm’s legal career as a defense attorney which prompted Rahm to send an email to CD2 delegates stating Teirab made “sweetheart plea deals” for “predatory sexual offenders and domestic abusers, including felony domestic assault by strangulation, child beaters, etc.”

Teirab is now forcing the CD2 to endure a costly, mud-slinging primary that was settled business by the delegates. He claims that Rahm is not capable of winning the general election, however, it is even more difficult to win the general election if the grassroots conservatives on the ground do not like you! Congresswoman Angie Craig will be a difficult opponent to defeat because of the 2022 redistricting and overall makeup of the district regardless of the candidate. It will be the MAGA turnout President Trump brings in that will decide if the GOP can flip it, not watered down conservative principles.

Winning 74.4% of the vote on the first ballot sends a clear mandate that conservatives want candidates to abide by the endorsement and they will not let Washington DC insiders decide the results for them. This is yet another sign that conservatives are fed up with the corrupt status quo and are ready for a change in Minnesota. 2024 will be an excellent opportunity for conservatives to harness their political power and win!

Fischbach Fails to Win Republican Endorsement

On Saturday, Republican Delegates in the 7th Congressional District met in Morton, Minnesota to endorse their candidate for Congress. After three rounds of voting, delegates chose to adjourn and offer no endorsement to either of the major candidates.

Congresswoman Fischbach won her first term in 2020, beating longtime incumbent Colin Peterson. She was accused of winning the GOP endorsement that year after her campaign manager jammed the phone line of her opponent, Dave Hughes (county conventions were convened virtually that year).

The Congresswoman has also earned the ire of conservatives due to her support of foreign aid. On April 20th, she voted for a rule that paved the way for billions in taxpayer dollars to be sent overseas. This $95 billion package sent money to Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan.

To put the icing on the cake, she also wholeheartedly supported the Kevin McCarthy speakership - a line crossed for many conservatives.

Her detractors also accuse her of being a career politician who has little respect for Republican activists. While duly Otter Tail County delegates were unseated by GOP Chair Hann, she quietly sat by and watched. It is speculated that she benefited today from the lack of conservative delegates present.

Businessman Steve Boyd stood in solidarity with the delegates in his run for Congress, which likely contributed to his support. Annette Watson was also a candidate. A few days before the convention, Fischbach announced she would no longer abide by the endorsement - intending to run in a primary regardless of the endorsement outcome. Fischbach had previously signed a pledge saying that she would indeed abide by the endorsement of the delegates.

Here are the first ballot percentage results:

Boyd 39.47%

Fischbach 49.47%

Watson 10%

No Endorsement 1.06%

After Watson dropped from consideration, a second vote was taken. The results tightened up.

Boyd 44.47

Fischbach 54

On the third vote, delegates voted not to endorse either candidate. This means that the Republican nominee will be determined in the August 13th primary.

A similar primary will play out in Minnesota’s 2nd Congressional District. Their endorsement was also held on Saturday, where lawyer Tayler Rahm handily won the endorsement over his opponent Joe Teirab – who was financially supported by House Majority Whip, Tom Emmer.
