The hits keep coming in Minnesota from Nick Shirley! A 23 year old Youtuber has done more to expose fraud in MN than the House Fraud Committee after his viral video uncovered the numerous fraudulent Somali “day care centers”. Naturally, RINO politicians rushed to take credit for Shirley’s work. Social media-addict Walter Hudson used A.I. to pretend he did the investigative work and Lisa Demuth claims she worked with Shirley on his research. Now Nick Shirley is setting the record straight: Lisa Demuth did NOTHING for him!

This may be the dumbest move ever made by Demuth, she lied to prop herself up and take credit for work she had nothing to do with! Nick Shirley swatting down Demuth’s lies is a reminder that both parties must be held accountable for allowing Walz’ Fraud Regime to go on as it has. If Demuth had helped Shirley, of course he would admit it! As seen in the viral video, his source was a regular Minnesotan who simply called himself “David”. 

Keep in mind, as Speaker, Lisa Demuth voted for EVERY SINGLE bill that Walz signed. Every budget bill, every policy bill, every omnibus bill, and everything in between. Lisa Demuth worked with Tim Walz behind closed doors to craft the 2nd LARGEST budget in MN history. Under Empty Suit Lisa “Kamala” Demuth’s so-called leadership, the House GOP introduced the 666 budget (totaling $66.6B) while Walz and Dems pushed a slightly smaller budget. She would complain about child care fraud and then fully fund it! She voted for the bill that sent MN tax dollars to fund Somali terrorist group Al-Shabaab!

Lisa Demuth has failed conservatives from the jump. When the session started, she cut a deal with Democrats to seat radical leftist Brad Tabke despite 21 ballots being trashed in his race decided by just 14 votes. This means Lisa Demuth (and all Republicans aside from Reps. Tom Dippel and Drew Roach) voted to certify Democrat ELECTION FRAUD as their first order of business! In exchange, the House GOP created the useless Fraud Committee that does not have subpoena power or require legislation to move through it. The committee has served no purpose beyond RINOs having a committee to blow hot air and pretend to fight.

Demuth funded ALL of the fraud of 2025, she voted for every single one of the Democrat spending bills! As seen in the 2025 A4L scorecard, she scored a pathetic 20.83% for the latest legislative session! This means on the most critical votes, Demuth votes for the liberal, big government position nearly 80% of the time!

Lisa Demuth’s corrupt legislative record and attempt to steal the spotlight from Nick Shirley is indicative of her ridiculous Governor campaign. Demuth has backstabbed conservatives at nearly every turn and gave Walz all the money he needed to continue his Fraud Regime. Demuth has zero credibility, she’s Tim Walz’ fishing buddy, not a political opponent! See below:

Sources at the Capitol tell A4L that GOP House members or staff perhaps assisted Shirley’s source, David, in research but we have been given no concrete details. We cannot confirm or deny whatever role RINO politicians may have had in David’s research that contributed to Shirley’s on the ground investigations.

Conservative firebrand Mike Lindell took to X to tell Shirley that he is also in the race and is running against Demuth. See below:

Action 4 Liberty has exposed child care fraud for nearly a decade and has been the consistent voice demanding the size and scope of government be shrunk. A4L has called out the Dems and RINOs who funded fraud and remains the megaphone for grassroots conservatives. Props to Nick Shirley for refusing to allow scam-artist politicians like Lisa Demuth to take credit for his investigative work! 

NOTE: Since publishing, Demuth and Shirley have each put out statements. In Shirley's response, he again says he had no prior knowledge of Demuth but is glad the information he and David gathered was publicly available. Government officials responding to emails is the bare minimum expectation of government and is not truly assisting an investigation like Demuth said. While Shirley's response played nice with Demuth, she clearly had to put her foot in her mouth after exaggerating her role in Shirley's work.
