As a member of the House Fraud Committee, Walter Hudson should be fighting fraud and exposing corruption. Instead, Hudson protects RINO Ron Kresha from allegations of PPP loan fraud, blows hot air in committees, and wastes away his life on social media. In the latest example of Hudson’s ridiculousness, he is making A.I. videos pretending to expose daycare fraud instead of ACTUALLY doing it like Nick Shirley did!

Hudson would rather sit at home and make A.I. videos of himself than to do the work he was elected to do. As seen in previous A4L reporting, a 23 year old Youtuber did more to expose fraud in MN than the entire House Fraud Committee combined. His investigative work was what Hudson and other committee members should’ve been doing the whole time! Instead, they were playing politics for the camera. Click image below to see video:

As seen above, Hudson says “Haters will say it’s AI.” and has confused some of his older followers. Some seniors are under the impression that Hudson partook in a skit and do not know that the Sora logo in the video means that it is artificial intelligence. In reality, Hudson is desperately trying to emulate Nick Shirley and distract from how useless he and the Fraud Committee have been in protecting tax dollars.

The Fraud Committee has been a fraud since its inception and A4L has called it out as such since the beginning. The committee has no subpoena power (cannot compel testimony) and legislation is not required to move through it. The committee was established as a concession from Democrats in exchange for Republicans seating leftist Brad Tabke despite more ballots being trashed than what the margin of victory was. In short, this means that RINO leadership like empty suit Lisa “Kamala” Demuth certified election fraud in exchange for a fake committee. When voted on by the chamber, only Reps. Tom Dippel (41B) and Drew Roach (58B) voted against the certification of Tabke’s election/the Dem’s phony swearing in ceremony which means every other House Democrat and Republican (including Walter Hudson) voted to certify fraud. Some House Republicans have since realized how stupid this move was.

The use of A.I. is particularly ironic for Walter Hudson considering that he led the charge to pass a bill (HF1370) that sends Minnesotans to prison for creating or sharing A.I. memes that could “influence the result of an election”. Thanks to Walter Hudson, radical socialist Keith Ellison now has another tool to weaponize the law against conservatives by imprisoning anyone who dares to mock politicians. This isn't even the first time Hudson has made A.I. memes that potentially violate his own law!

During the 3/30/23 floor debate of the A.I. bill, Hudson took time to praise leftist Democrat Zach Stephenson (now House Dem leader) by saying “It seems like every time I get up to address something you’ve said or done I’m praising it. I hope to be able to continue that.” Hudson then thanked Stephenson for the “proactive” nature of the bill and admitted that the implementation of the law may be “a little sloppy” but says “That’s okay, we’ll figure it out.” The big government, anti-freedom, pro-Democrat logic employed by Hudson proves he has no care for the average citizen but will gladly create and share A.I. memes to prop himself up.

As seen in the 2025 A4L scorecard (Hudson scored a pathetic 45.83%), Hudson is responsible for the fraud we see just like Democrats and RINOs by voting for all kinds of garbage omnibus bills. If a legislator votes for omnibus budget (spending) bills then they are responsible for contributing to the mass fraud our state is seeing. A source at the Capitol tells A4L that Hudson advocated for the abortion & Planned Parenthood funding omnibus bill (HF2435) in the GOP caucus meeting but then voted no on the floor. This means Hudson was reportedly telling other Republicans to do his dirty work and make sure the abortion bill was passed while avoiding egg on his face. This type of behavior should be no surprise considering he previously labelled President Trump as a "fascist", wants to purge grassroots conservative A4L supporters like you from the MNGOP (despite him loving A4L before he was in the legislature), and worked as a henchman for corrupt former MNGOP Chair David Hann.
