Action 4 Liberty is a known enemy to the corrupt Establishment due to our unwavering principles and hardcore, truth-exposing tactics. Instead of cozying up to the Swamp, A4L remains confrontational to give voice to the disaffected conservative grassroots base of Minnesota. While it would make double-speaking RINOs more comfortable for A4L to parrot their Team Red talking points, we refuse to leave Patriots in the dark as crooked politicians fight against them and their interests. 

It is standard to see RINOs and Democrats smear A4L because we expose their corruption and threaten their power. We are no stranger to incoming fire but grassroots Patriots have always stood by our side because we never cave on fighting for them.

A strange and pathetic line of attack has come from bitter swamp-creature Walter Hudson (30A) who is demanding that the MNGOP ban and disqualify the tens of thousands of grassroots Patriots who are associated to A4L! This is more insane and authoritarian than we would ever see out of RINOs like David Hann, Paul Gazelka, and Kurt Daudt! It appears that wasting his life away on social media has given him a potentially incurable case of A4LDS (A4L Derangement Syndrome). See post below:

This concept is laughable, unenforceable, tyrannical, anti-free speech, and reeks of desperation. Silencing dissent creates more tension. Hudson has irrationally been seeking vengeance against A4L and grassroots liberty conservatives after A4L supporters consolidated around Alex Plechash for MNGOP Chair, which gave Plechash the win over Walter’s boss, RINO David Hann. With David Hann canned, Walter Hudson also lost his cushy salaried position with the party. Perhaps Hudson's rage-posting is indicative of a desperate person trying to monetize tweets to compensate for lost income.

Hudson is demanding that the state party violate it's own Constitution to enact payback against A4L! It reads: "The Republican Party welcomes into its party all Minnesotans who are concerned with the implementation of honest, efficient, responsive government." If anyone is fighting "honest, efficient, and responsive government", it would be Walter! But unlike his highness, A4L never supports tyrannical, anti-free speech tactics, even for lying scumbags!

In 2021, Walter was an A4L supporter that spoke out against Facebook’s censorship of our organization and the removal of our Facebook page. Walter stated on ‘The Omnibus Podcast’ that the removal of A4L was a “huge blow to the grassroots” and further said “These are the people who represent you and me” that “speaks out against institutional forces of corporate and governmental power”.

The crony 2025 Walter Hudson would BAN and EXILE the pro-grassroots 2021 Walter Hudson from the MNGOP!

Hudson has even been critical of our ultra-popular anti-Walz state fair booth despite the fact that he personally visited the booth, with joy in his eyes, for the last two years! He wants the awesome fans and merch we give out but then attacks the hard work A4L volunteers do to wake Minnesotans up about Tim Walz! His false assertion, like many RINOs have failed to attack us with, is the claim that “A4L only attacks Republicans”. Anyone who reads our reporting (like our most recent article) and sees our on-the-ground activism knows that is a blatant lie. What is true is that A4L recognizes that Republicans are far more likely to pass conservative legislation. In order to see that through, RINOs will have to be pressured to support/oppose a given battle. Pretending the GOP is full of angels does nothing but foster ignorance. The comparison he makes of A4L to Marxism shows the level of deceit he is willing to pursue to fight us. Hudson is the one who is seeking to purge dissenters out of the party, a typical Marxist tactic. But his attack rather stems from our confrontational attitude and style, however, he fails to mention that Marxists would hate the idea of Ron Paul conservatives fighting to shrink the size and scope of government! If Walter wants to keep making meaningless comparisons, wait until he learns that Marxists and Nazis also drank water and breathed air!

Our group of Liberty Warriors that Walter loved as an outsider and in the beginning of his legislative career has become his #1 enemy and target! It is perfectly clear that Walter’s personal vendetta against anti-establishment conservative movement has come to a boiling point because he has chosen to play cover for RINOs caving to Democrats rather than fighting for liberty. He loves to throw around the label "grifter", which is quite ironic considering he plays up his support for Trump despite his previous labeling of Trump as a "Fascist". Like the libtards, Hudson is willing to shape-shift positions, exaggerate, and say whatever he thinks will help him.

Action 4 Liberty's reporting and strategy remained consistent during the House’s Constitutional Crisis while RINOs caved and painted themselves into a corner. Our strong-arm positions have always helped the conservative base move the needle and force Republicans to get in line or expose themselves as RINOs. We praised House Republicans when the battle started and they fought back against Tyrant Steve Simon. It was publicly known that Democrats refused to show up for weeks due to GOP threats of not seating Brad Tabke (54A). A4L led on election integrity and demanded that the GOP reject the 54A election certificate. When 21 ballots are trashed and the race is decided by 14 votes, it is unconscionable to not let Shakopee voters have a fair and honest election. To make matters worse, the GOP has even conceded that the secret swearing in ceremony by Dems was legitimate! They cave on every front!

Instead of standing firm on election integrity, RINO leaders caved, gave up their Majority, and backstabbed the conservative base by agreeing to seat Brad Tabke. Legislative rules were passed which included provisions to prevent the removal of Brad Tabke. Only two Republicans stood up for the Patriots who demanded action on the 54A race; Reps. Tom Dippel (41B) and Drew Roach (58B). See vote below:

It is not a surprise that Walter’s attacks come after he caved to Democrat demands. He is seeking to taint our name because he knows that we will tell you how the GOP failed instead of being their clueless cheerleader. Hudson was incredibly inconsistent on the critical questions of the House’s Constitutional Crisis. Walter caved immediately to the liberal Supreme Court’s ruling on the quorum question (that had no formal writ and should’ve been defied). The Supreme Court had no jurisdiction, as GOP lawyers argued in the case, the House GOP had full authority with 67 members to conduct legislative business without childish, no-show Democrats. If the GOP truly believed that and continued their fight, they would not have acquiesced and handed over the gavel to Tyrant Steve Simon like they did. 

In a press conference about the recall effort against Democrats that the House must be able to hear and review the evidence before any decision is made by members! See Walter’s statement around the 20 minute mark in this video. No evidence was presented on the floor before the rules package vote that blocked future efforts to unseat Tabke (which Hudson voted for), the simple fact is that Hudson lied. Hudson also said during the same press conference that Democrats don’t get to “offer terms and conditions” for the job and that he was “not sure what there is to negotiate”. Now Hudson calls it a big win that the GOP caved to Democrat terms and conditions and attacks anybody who sees through his obvious reversal! Tuesday Walter Hudson and Wednesday Walter Hudson are two different people! He must be exhausted with all of this goalpost moving!

Unfortunately for Walter, lofty rhetoric and smug arrogance cannot cover up the truth. He and other Establishment St. Paul Swamp Creatures caved after talking tough at the start of session. Their initial fight was all pretend, business as usual is back in session.

Instead of removing Tabke and opening up a special election in the 54A swing-district, Hudson wants to pretend that the blame should fall on A4L President Erik Mortensen! While Mort has previously defeated radical leftist Brad Tabke, even with RINO forces fighting him, he did not run for office and allowed the HRCC-selected candidate, Aaron Paul, to win the 54A GOP endorsement and primary without competition. If anyone wanted to see Tabke removed and unseated, it would be Mort! Hudson is obsessed with making the faults of the HRCC and the House GOP's inability to unseat Tabke, the fault of Mort and A4L. Perhaps the GOP could use Mort's advice for how to take on liars like Tabke instead of trying to ban him! Some GOP Representatives even wanted Tabke to beat Mort! Hudson's blame-shifting and hopes to expel tens of thousands of grassroots Patriots who support A4L from the MNGOP shows that being a legislator has fed his ego and he is hooked onto power like a drug addict.

While A4L will give Patriots uncomfortable truths, Walter Hudson is instilling false hope into the GOP base and holding conflicting views simultaneously. Hudson wants to ban A4L from the MNGOP but still expects us and our supporters to waste time, energy, and effort in a deep blue district on the GOP's behalf! Hudson knows that District 40B is 2/3rds Democrat and skirts around that obvious fact when confronted with it by former A4L President Jake Duesenberg. While voter turnout will be lower, the vast majority of special elections track similarly percentage-wise to it's prior and future standard general election. See below:

It’s simple. RINOs are using the 40B race as a distraction for their failures on 54A! 

54A was flippable! It was decided by 14 votes! Flipping 40B will take a miracle despite Republican Paul Wikstrom being a well-qualified candidate. Maybe Walter should stop trying to assign unwinnable work to A4L that he may use to cast blame on us for the GOP’s impending defeat in 40B (and loss of Majority) when he could and should have instead never caved on the Tabke vote! A4L reported extensively on 40B race from Democrat carpetbagger Curtis Johnson's BS "resignation" letter to Walz' illegal writ of election, to make sure Patriots are kept in the loop.

Hudson’s purge threats are not unique, they are tried and failed! Former nightmare MNGOP Chair Jennifer Carnahan has made the same exact threats! Unfortunately for the RINOs, A4L continues to grow and expand our reach! The Swamp can only compete in the Infowar by trying to silence their opponents. Can Hudson’s fragile ideas not withstand debate? Should the GOP be fostering a culture of individual liberty or group-think conformity around the Swamp? When Carnahan made these threats, Hudson stood by A4L's side and called out the absurdity of her demands! Hypocrite Hudson simply finds himself in a position where he thinks it is more advantageous to align with the Establishment rather than us.

At the federal level, MAGA Patriots see a leader fighting for them in President Trump. The House GOP does not have anywhere close to the fight that Trump has displayed in the opening weeks of his Great Return. Patriots have a Right to demand more out of their leaders and not expect unhinged politicians with personal gripes to try to ban hardcore conservatives from the MNGOP. Nobody needed permission from Walter to think for themselves and associate themselves as they see fit. Who all would be banned? If you are to the right of unhinged Walter Hudson, you are on that list!

The liberal Star Tribune has even reported on Walter's insane comments and the improving relationship between MNGOP leadership and A4L.

Politics is won through addition, not subtraction. President Trump wisely consolidated the liberty revolution around his 2024 candidacy by pledging and fulfilling promises to the base. Trump even invited "Big L" Libertarians into the GOP by speaking at their national convention. Trump did not demand that Constitutional conservatives that expect America First action out of their leaders be kicked out of the MAGA movement. Instead, President Trump elevated them! While Trump opened his arms to the LP, Hudson fights against the MNLP by playing cover for neocons who are blocking Defend the Guard legislation (despite claiming to support the bill himself). Since Walter Hudson is no President Trump, he seems to be incapable of working with liberty lovers, even the ones who self-identify as Republicans! On the other hand, Hudson's former Never Again Bill counter-part, Senator Nathan Wesenberg (SD10), is the lead Senate author for the Defend the Guard bill and remains a fighter for the liberty MAGA base that elected him.

The grassroots base has dealt with fake tough-guy intimidation tactics plenty of times and will certainly not be deterred by a slick slinger of half-truths. Hudson’s anti-grassroots, anti-free speech, arrogant, pompous attitude is exposed more and more every day thanks to his own debilitating addiction to social media. Hudson’s track record of championing a bill that could send you to prison for Artificial Intelligence memes about politicians, censoring Globalist RINO Tom Emmer’s grassroots opponent, professional golf caddy Chris Corey, at the CD6 Convention, and endorsing liberal RINOs like Ron Kresha (10A) over Aitkin County farmer Diane Webb-Skillings shows he will grift with the Establishment rather than stand with the little guy. Not everyone will do the right thing when its unpopular.

Action 4 Liberty will continue to be an unrelenting bulldog against the Establishment and raise the voices of the grassroots. We will not feed Patriots propaganda that claims everything is alright and that the GOP is landed a great deal. We will inform the citizens of our state that RINO leadership promised big things but then let them all down. Hudson’s attempt to muddy the waters will subtract from his support as more and more citizens see that A4L has always stood firm. Hudson will never eliminate the conservative, liberty-loving grassroots base he has grown to despise because we’ll be here fighting for you.
