RINO State Representative and Governor candidate, Kristin Robbins, chairs the House Fraud Committee yet has voted for fraud-ridden, unconstitutional omnibus bills throughout her career. While A4L and the grassroots have long known of the corruption and fraud hidden deep within omnibus bills, which are sometimes thousands of pages long, Kristin Robbins has been a loyal ally to the Establishment Uniparty. Now, the DC Swamp is treating Robbins like some kind of expert on fraud in Minnesota.

Kristin Robbins testified in the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday, Feb. 4th after testifying in the U.S. House Oversight Committee on Jan. 7th alongside fellow Establishment goons Walter Hudson and Marion Rarick. Like Robbins, Hudson and Rarick have also voted for fraud-ridden omnibus bills as evidenced in A4L Scorecards.  

Robbins has a FAILING 59.39% lifetime score in A4L Scorecards with votes including including spending tax dollars to fund abortion/Planned Parenthood, increasing Keith Ellison’s AG budget/giving millions of tax dollars to a LGBTQIA+ Council, proposing a FAKE Never Again Bill that increased Governor Emergency Powers, giving billions of tax dollars to woke universities, and giving our state $700M in debt. 

Robbins and the GOP legislators controlling the State House have had the opportunity to play hard-ball and defund the fraud by shutting down Walz' government if need be. Robbins voted to seat radical leftist Brad Tabke despite the massive election fraud in his district that could’ve changed the results of the election. If they had done so, the GOP could’ve expanded their control but they instead caved to the Democrats. With true GOP control, they could’ve refused to fund the fraud and return Minnesota to conservative governance but the RINOs instead chose to cut deals with Democrats and continue forward the corrupt practice of fraud-ridden omnibus bills.

Everyone knows that Congress is broken and that most of the DC politicians are sell-outs. It is no surprise that the DC Swamp looks for a solution to MN fraud by turning to an Establishment RINO responsible for passing fraud-ridden bills signed into law by Tampon Tim. 

Committee hearings are often performative and lead to no action. As seen on Kristin Robbin’s social media, she was immediately posting clips and pictures of her testimony to boost her political profile. This is all about playing to the camera and giving tough talk but the RINOs now have to contend with conservatives that know their games and inaction. This is why the MN House Fraud Committee was doomed from its inception, it lacked teeth and the ability to take action. The Fraud Committee could not compel testimony, did not move legislation, and served as a performative measure for partisan ends. The issue of MN fraud was not solved by the committee, the problem was just kicked down the road.

While Robbins’ attendance will lead to nothing of substance, independent investigative journalist David Hoch also testified and was Nick Shirley’s right hand man in uncovering Somali fraud in MN. Hoch has long fought for exposure on this critical issue and is serving as an expert witness while Robbins is just climbing the political ladder. 

Despite the national exposure and DC Swamp propping her up, Robbins has failed to capitalize on it in a meaningful way in the Governor’s race. Robbins partook in a Morrison County GOP forum took place shortly after her first DC testimony and she failed to even mention that it happened during her answers!

Despite Robbins’ campaign incompetency, she has raised over $550K as seen in previous A4L reporting. Robbins was assisted in fundraising by NeoCon Nikki Haley, who even called Robbins her “secret weapon”. Robbins was the Chair of Haley’s MN Presidential campaign and fought to make sure President Trump would not retake the White House.

As mentioned, a candidate that raised over $550K and has over $372K cash-on-hand as of Dec. 31st 2025, one would think that this candidate would perform well in polling. Unfortunately for RINO Kristin Robbins, she lost to NOBODY! More GOP caucus attendees selected “Undecided” than Robbins in the caucus straw poll! Kristin Robbins is more like Nikki Haley than many would have thought since Nikki ALSO lost to ‘None of the Above” in the Nevada primary when President Trump was kept off the ballot. It is one thing for a low-name ID, grassroots candidate to perform poorly in the straw poll. It is a completely different situation when a State Representative boosted to high-profile roles with over HALF A MILLION DOLLARS behind them can’t even get 5% in a straw poll!

Kristin Robbins is out of touch with grassroots conservatives but she has enough campaign funds to stay in the race. Robbins has not committed to supporting the endorsed candidate and may run to a primary. Robbins has a history of primarying endorsed Republicans as she did to conservative Brad Ganzer in her first run for State House after Ganzer was endorsed by local Republican delegates.

Action 4 Liberty will continue to provide Patriots with hard-hitting, anti-establishment, pro-liberty reporting that cannot be found anywhere else. RINO Kristin Robbins is part of the problem and will not be part of the solution in reducing the size and scope of government. Drastic changes are needed and Robbins is an incrementalist at best for conservatives. The MN fraud issue will continue to persist until tax dollars are respected and government spending is kept to serve its core, Constitutional obligations.
