On the first day of the Minnesota State Fair, the front office called us and asked us to take down our sign of King Walz. They said it was disrespectful to the Governor who, at the time, was walking around the fair...maskless.

We told the state fair we will not take down the sign. The whole point of our booth, which was approved by the state fair ahead of time, is to show disrespect to the guy who unilaterally shut down our state and forced masks and vaccines on all of us.

Plus, the State Fair is on the State Agricultural Society's land, a quasi-government organization. The sign is protected speech, just like the exhibits that were disrespectful to President Trump over the past four years. Even more interesting, there's currently a piece of art displayed at the State Fair that is disrespectful to one of the Fair's larger vendors, Mike Lindell of MyPillow.

In the middle of the night, the State Fair personnel took our signs down and stole them without our permission. Make no mistake about it...

They want to Silence Our Speech!

But we here at Action 4 Liberty don't get bullied around. Our lawyer sent them a letter that afternoon demanding they reinstall our signs or else we will make new ones and charge them for what they took.

Since the State Fair didn't return them, we went ahead and had new ones created and our team just delivered them to the booth.

Apparently, it's been a massive hit with fairgoers. People are coming up and getting selfies with the "forbidden items". Perhaps that's what makes the State Fair bullies upset the most - it's a hit with their customers!

The King Walz sign went back up this morning...and people love it!

We will not back down to government bullies or radical leftists who want to control our lives and silence our speech. Action 4 Liberty is on the political frontlines, standing up for your rights, especially when it comes to pressuring politicians to Stop Vaccine Mandates in Minnesota.

Listen, we get it from all angles in this fight. The State Fair comes after us for holding Democrat Walz accountable. The Republican establishment comes after us for pressuring RINOs who won't sign the Stop Vaccine Mandates pledge.

State Senator Jim Abeler (R-Anoka) told a crowd of thousands of medical freedom supporters that he was "good friends" with Governor Walz' Dept of Health Commissioner Jan Malcom and was the reason she wasn't fired in the last 18 months. Conservatives across the state have demanded the firing of Malcolm by Senate Republicans for her gross mishandling of the COVID pandemic and for attacking small businesses in courts. Several of Walz' Commissioners have not been confirmed by the Republican Senate, which means at any point, they could be removed from office.

"Someone calling for commissioner Malcom to step down or be removed is not new, but someone like me calling for that is new" Senator Abeler boasted. "She is my friend. I have defended her. I have known her for over 20 years. I resisted calls for her removal."

Groups like Action 4 Liberty, Rocks and Cows and others have demanded that Malcolm be fired by the Senate. But those calls fell on deaf ears in the Republican controlled Senate for reasons unknown to us. It appears Jim Abeler was the one allowing her to keep her job. And he has quite a bit of pull in the Senate caucus since he chairs the Human Services Committee.

Sen Abeler also refuses to sign the Stop Vaccine Mandates Pledge, which states a legislator won't vote for the $250 Million Frontline Workers Pay Bill in the September Special Session unless it has Rep Mortensen's Stop Vaccine Mandates Amendment attached to it. Instead, Abeler said he wanted to use Jan Malcolm's confirmation as a leverage point for getting a Stop Vaccine Mandate bill passed, which is good, but not a better negotiating stance. Quite frankly, Jan Malcolm should be fired regardless!

Call Senator Jim Abeler and tell him to apologize for not firing Jan Malcolm a year ago. Tell him to apologize for letting Governor's Walz Small Business Hitman to drag heroes like Larvita and Jane into endless legal fees for opening up their businesses. And tell Jim Abeler to do the right thing and sign the Stop Vaccine Mandates pledge NOW!

The Minnesota State Fair removed the 'King Walz' sign from our booth in the middle of the night against our wishes. On Thursday afternoon, the front office left a voicemail stating they would like for us to take down the image because it is "disrespectful" to the Governor. The objective of the Action 4 Liberty 'Never Again' booth is to educate Minnesotans about the dangers of one man unilaterally declaring king-like powers and how we plan to make sure it never happens again.

Action 4 Liberty was up front about what we planned on doing at the booth. Here's the drawing that was submitted to the State Fair in July.

Political caricatures have been used in politics going back to the founding of this country. The image we used is not obscene or pornographic, which we agree would be inappropriate. Our graphic artist wanted to capture a sloppy governor who crowns himself king, dangles the Constitution and takes a bite out of liberty, represented by a turkey leg. We think he captured it perfectly.

The booth has been very popular and the majority of people coming by our stand loved the image of Walz. Here's an image of the booth before it was taken down.

Images that could be considered “disrespectful” of political figures are common place at the Minnesota State Fair. During Trump’s presidency, fairgoers saw several anti-Trump exhibits, including award winning art featuring Trump under the control of Russian President Putin.

It's the first day of the Minnesota State Fair and the Action 4 Liberty "Never Again" booth appears to be one of the most popular new attractions. As we suspected, Governor Walz is not well like by most Minnesotans...especially those living out in "rocks and cows" territory.

We're spreading the message of the damage of Walz' Emergency Powers to the hundred thousand fairgoers today. Many are signing our Never Again petition to STOP Walz or future governors from doing it again. Rep Erik Mortensen, the author of the Never Again Bill, even swung by the booth to chat with supporters and our volunteers.

Crowds at the booth have been huge right from the start! We had to pull our field team away from doorknocking this morning just so we could handle the influx of people wanting to sign up!

The team at Action 4 Liberty drove across Minnesota this last weekend in support of the Stop Vaccine Mandates rallies. We made it to rallies in Little Falls, Brainerd, Grand Rapids and Cambridge. Our team was even up in Hibbing on Wednesday. 

There's an incredible energy at these rallies as nurses, medical professionals and concerned citizens show up to stand up for the health freedom. Governor Walz issued an order recently that requires state employees get the vaccine or be subject to routine testing. We were going to confront the Governor at a PR stop in Cottage Grove last week, but he canceled.

Tensions seem to be flaring right now in politics. State Representative Ron Kresha showed up to the Little Falls rally and was asked if he'd sign the Stop Vaccine Mandates pledge. He refused to do it, started cursing at us, then told his constituents he had "better things to do" as he stormed away from them.

The Capitol Security has decided to put up a fence around the State Capitol prior to a planned Stop the Vaccine Mandates rally on Saturday. It appears politicians don't want to come face to face with the people who's liberty they are taking away.

In the next month, Republican Senator Paul Gazelka, Democrat Speaker Melissa Hortman and Tim Walz will meet behind closed doors to make a deal on the $250 Million Frontline Workers Pay Bill before the September Special Session. The bill will distribute money to those fighting on the frontlines during the COVID-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, many of those workers are also about to get fired because they refuse to take the experimental vaccine.

This is an extremely important health freedom issue. If we get this one wrong, we are going to lose more of our freedoms. Which is why it's great to know that Rep Erik Mortensen has a plan. He's drafted a Stop Vaccine Mandates Amendment with the help of nurses and medical staff. We must tie the Stop Vaccine Mandates Amendment to the Frontline Workers Pay Bill and make sure it becomes part of the deal.

We absolutely cannot let the authoritarians win on this issue. Health freedom is a fundamental right. It must be protected!

Many people didn't believe we would be able to End Walz' Emergency Powers, but your phone calls and emails put pressure on legislators, and we succeeded in June. And now it's extremely obvious that if Walz would still have those powers, he'd be masking us all up again.

Politicians in St Paul are afraid of you! That's why you still have the power. If you do not like what they are doing, they know you can remove them from office.

Bully-In-Chief Joe Biden has overstepped his bounds once again! In an unprecedented move, Biden has illegally mandated vaccines for healthcare professionals in nursing homes NATIONWIDE! Many of these nurses have already contracted the COVID-19 virus and worked in these same conditions for over a year!

Yesterday's frontline heroes are now today's villains -- All because the President wants them to be inoculated with an experimental vaccine.

Biden has no authority given to him by the US Constitution to enact such a mandate. He will attempt to enforce his mandate by threatening to withhold Medicare and Medicaid payments to senior care facilities. Biden is unfairly making healthcare heroes choose between their jobs and the patients they are tasked to help.

Rochester Mayor, Kim Norton, signed an citywide Emergency Declaration yesterday that requires citizens to mask up at Rochester businesses and other indoor public spaces "when children are present". Her unilateral declaration expires in three days, so an extension would require approval by the City Council. The Council is scheduled to have an "emergency" meeting on Thursday to determine if they should extend.

The Post Bulletin states that 78.1% of the population in Olmsted County is "fully vaccinated", which is a higher percentage than the state average in Minnesota. At the same time, the state government and hospitals and businesses are starting to mandate vaccines. If the vaccines were effective, why declare an emergency mask order in one of the highest vaccinated populations? 

Action 4 Liberty opposes government mask mandates and believe the choice of wearing a mask should be left to the individual. We encourage people in Rochester to contact City Council.

The movement to Stop Vaccine Mandates and promote health freedom is growing fast. Our team has traveled from Rochester to St Cloud to Stillwater in support of nurses, health care workers and Minnesotans who don't want government and employers forcing them to take the experimental jab.

Political movements like the Stop Vaccine Mandates movement (SIGN THE PETITION) come once in a decade. And it's no surprise that thousands are showing up for events like these. If we can't control what goes in our bodies, we have lost everything.

We spoke to a group of nurses in Rochester last week who were worried they wouldn't have jobs by the end of September. They were looking for solutions. On Wednesday, we'll be traveling up to Hibbing to talk to Iron Rangers who recently had a vaccine mandate imposed on them by their employer. 

Our message to these groups is direct. We have a political problem right now in this state, and there is a political solution. Politicians fear large amounts of angry voters, because it's a signal to them that they will be voted out of office. And politicians care about one thing: getting re-elected.

Action 4 Liberty is a grassroots organization focused on activating people to protect their rights. We successfully ended Governor Walz' Emergency Powers in June by bringing pressure to politicians in St Paul. Our team knocked on over 40,000 doors and made 55,000 phone calls. We CAN win in this state.

Governor Walz just unilaterally decided that all state employees must be vaccinated or they will be tested weekly. The order, known as the "vaccine-or-test" mandate, will go into effect starting on September 8th. There are over 30,000 state employees affected by this unilateral order.

Action 4 Liberty received several emails from state college employees immediately following the new mandate. Several are worried about the ability to keep their jobs and feel treated like a second class citizen for making a personal, health choice. Here's a letter that is being sent to employees at all state universities. 

Vaccinations rates are the lowest amongst black Americans. Therefore, this policy will most adversely affect minorities, subjecting them to weekly testing. 

Action 4 Liberty proudly stands for the health freedom of all Minnesotans. We encourage every patriot to take a stance against this authoritarian demand. There's strength in numbers!
