Education MN, the teachers union representing public school teachers throughout Minnesota, has been tweeting non-stop today about the pivotal school board elections. In the past, they ran a monopoly on school board elections as conservatives usually focused on bigger elections in the even numbered years. But recent hot button issues have brought energy to the previous overlooked elections, and the Minnesota Parents Alliance has organized very well to counter the leftist monopoly. 

Many of today's tweets focused on the LGBT agenda, with the union reposting a call to vote by an organization called Gender Justice. Gender Justice openly advocates for boys competing in women's sports and genital mutilation surgeries for minors.

Education MN also took a page out of the Democrat playbook of complaining how Republicans want to ban books. Of course, these so called "book bans" are advocated by parents concerned about sexually explicit material for their young children and indoctrination of the radical trans movement. We reported how Muslim families are some of the loudest voices in Minnesota for removing these books from the curriculum.

We'll have a break down of how your local school board race went on Wednesday morning. 

The Minnesota Supreme Court will listen to oral arguments on Thursday morning at 10 am regarding the case to remove Donald Trump from the ballot. This case focuses on a ludicrous legal argument that Trump is ineligible based on the 14th Amendment's language which bars someone from holding public office who "engaged in insurrection or rebellion."

This is sketchy legal territory, but that's not stopping the Never Trump RINOs and leftists from robbing Minnesota voters of their chance to vote for Trump. Currently, Trump has more donations from Minnesotans than the sitting president. He's also leading Biden in most polls.

The case against Trump is spearheaded by a group called "Free Speech of People," and their lawyer, Ronald Fein, will have 35 minutes to argue his case to the liberal court. Justices will then hear from what's considered the opposing counsel, but in this case, it seems like a massive hit job.

Trumps' campaign will be represented by Nicholas H. Nelson. He will have 20 minutes for arguments. Then, the Secretary of States' representation will have 10 minutes. The counsel appointed to this case is leftist Nathan Hartshorn. Hartshorn works for Attorney General Keith Ellison and is the lawyer who the weaponized Walz-appointed Campaign Finance Board uses to come after groups like us in court. We've had to face this guy before. He's NOT on Trump's side.

The MNGOP also hired Action 4 Liberty hater, and the guy behind filing a ficticious campaign finance board complaint against us, Reid Lebeau. He'll have a total of 5 minutes to argue. We documented his shady past and affiliations.

President Biden is visiting a farm in Northfield, Minnesota today to advocate for more investment in "climate smart" agricultural funding. When asked by the press why the White House picked Minnesota, AG Secretary stated "there are obviously a lot of folks in Minnesota that understand and appreciate climate smart agriculture." Although most see the trip as a play against his most notable primary challenger, Minnesota Congressman Dean Phillips.

A trip to a humble little farm alone is not worth firing up the massive carbon footprint of Air Force One though. Biden will be attending a $50,000/plate fundraising event in the evening. 

Here's a surprise...MinnPost ran the numbers on fundraising for Biden and Trump in Minnesota, and it turns out Trump has the advantage. Minnesotans have donated $581,838 to Trump's 2024 bid, while Biden has only raised $388,517 from donors in the state. With tonight's high dollar event, look for those numbers to even out. 

When it comes to donations to all Republican candidates, Minnesotans have donated $1.3 Million.

The very well respected radio broadcaster Larry Elder and Michigan businessman Perry Johnson have suspended their presidential campaigns in the last week. Elder and Johnson each chose to endorse President Donald J. Trump for re-election. This comes after the RNC was caught rigging this race on behalf of Chris Christie, Asa Hutchinson, Mike Pence, and Ron DeSantis. We exposed this over two months ago on our show, The Truth Hurts.

Larry Elder has been on our television screens and radios for decades and has proven to be a hardcore conservative who will go to bat for our freedom. Elder’s run for California Governor in the recall election of tyrant Gavin Newsom made him a hero to the anti-lockdown movement. Despite the recall failing, Elder won the candidate vote by nearly 40 points against 52 others! He has gone to battle with crazy leftists like The Breakfast Club and pushed the message of freedom his entire career.

Perry Johnson is the “Quality Guru” who has written quality standards published and applied internationally and he is a top expert in efficient business practices. Johnson is a very successful businessman worth over $100 million who fought the lockdowns and covid mandates by running against radical Gretchen Whitmer. However, Johnson and four other GOP candidates were defrauded by scam artist petitioners and kept off the ballot. For President, Johnson self-funded his own campaign so he couldn’t be bought and sold his campaign gear for a net loss.

Johnson and Elder eventually became threats to the corrupt leadership of the RNC so action had to be taken to stop their momentum. The RNC created the debate qualification criteria (eerily similar to the DNC’s 2020 criteria) which forced polls to only be conducted by the lying corporate media. Oftentimes, these polls would not even mention Elder or Johnson’s name and seemed to be intentionally designed to keep these MAGA candidates off the stage. Elder is a nationally known figure with name recognition surpassing many of the candidates yet he was not allowed to participate in the GOP debates. After Elder sent in his qualifying polls to the RNC, Chair Ronna Romney McDaniel disqualified the Rasmussen poll he submitted by falsely claiming it was linked to the Trump campaign. This was a blatant lie that Elder immediately stood up to by suing the RNC and debate host Fox News for up to $400 million for the lost air time. The RNC then blacklisted Larry Elder from the debate venue and gave security a document listing Elder’s campaign as banned from the building, see below: 

Elder understood how the establishment was afraid of his voice so he stated that the RNC was rigging the debates for Ron DeSantis. It was in DeSanctimonious’ best interests to keep MAGA candidates off the stage so his support could be consolidated. Works in theory, not in practice. Being in the debates was a necessity for every candidate besides Trump so the RNC effectively shut down any chance for Elder and Johnson.

Perry Johnson was told that he qualified for the first debate and NBC and Politico confirmed this. Johnson even participated in a walk-through the day before the debate that the RNC invited him to! Then, the RNC ripped the carpet from underneath Johnson’s feet and disqualified his poll numbers. Johnson’s road to the debates was much more difficult than other candidates because he was starting off with zero name recognition nationally. His successful and creative gimmicks of selling hats, shirts, yard signs, and other cool campaign gear for just a buck were gaining traction and people were beginning to show real interest in this quirky businessman. However, since he did not fit into the RNC’s corrupt mold, they refused to give him his earned media time in the debate. Johnson stated “It is clear that from the beginning, the RNC knew who they wanted on the stage and who they wanted to ban from the stage. Simply put, this is a flawed decision of a poorly run process of a corrupt organization.” Johnson issued an insightful press release detailing the correspondence between his campaign and the RNC.

Despite these two men meeting every debate qualification imaginable, they were shut out and silenced. So much for the GOP being the party of “free speech”... While Johnson and Elder did everything right, including their signatures of the “Beat Biden Pledge” which requires candidates to support the GOP nominee regardless of circumstance, Chris Christie and Asa Hutchinson fraudulently signed the pledge then admitted in the debate that they would NOT support President Trump if he is convicted by one of the many Banana Republic indictments against him. This means the RNC ran a SCAM debate, allowing RINOs like Christie and Hutchinson who did not truly qualify, while silencing conservatives like Elder and Johnson.

Elder skipped the California recall debates in 2021 because Newsom refused to attend. Elder, staying consistent, had no bad-will for Trump skipping the debates because of his massive, land-slide lead on all of his GOP opponents. Unlike the whiners and RINOs in the GOP debates, Elder and Johnson understood that if they wanted to have the MAGA torch passed to them, they were going to have to be America First candidates who respected all of the incredible work done by President Trump. Elder and Johnson understood that historical revisionism about Trump doesn’t sit well with grassroots conservatives. They knew that the Trump successor had to embrace his movement and take it further. The RNC wants to squash the America First movement, not continue it.

Additionally, the RNC was provided a golden opportunity with Larry Elder to reach black voters that typically tune out anything Republican. Instead, they’d rather bring jackasses like Doug Burgum to puppet standard talking points that wins absolutely nobody over. The fight for Trump is ongoing in Minnesota, as we reported, the MNGOP hired an anti-liberty lawyer for the Trump case because the corrupt MN Supreme Court will not allow Trump's campaign attorneys.  

Elder and Johnson’s endorsements of President Trump locks down the anti-establishment solidarity of the grassroots. We are witnessing an unprecedented assault on our freedom, the weaponization of the judicial system has never reached such unforgivable levels. Trump is far and away the leading contender for both the primary and general elections and it is time to consolidate. Elder and Johnson could not get momentum because of the RNC rigging the debates so their endorsements of Trump is the perfect middle finger to the Swamp. There is no perfect candidate but Trump is pretty damn close. Congratulations to Elder and Johnson for running excellent and inspiring campaigns, now it’s time for Trump to finish the job!

According to an interview preview released by CBS News, Rep Dean Phillips challenge of Joe Biden for President is based off of poll numbers and not Biden's performance. One would think a person running on the motto "Make America Affordable Again" would understand that the Biden policies have created large scale inflation that's hurting the American families. 

When asked by Robert Costa if he's running for President, Phillips says "I am. I have to. I think President Biden has done a spectacular job for our country, but it's not about the past, this is an election about the future. I will not sit still, I will not be quiet in the face of numbers that are so clearly insane that we'll be facing an emergency next November."

Phillips is obviously referencing the dropping polls numbers for Joe Biden. According to Real Clear Politics, Trump is beating Biden by 0.7% despite his 4 indictments and civil case proceedings. 

Most people have never heard of Mike Johnson before this week. The fourth term Congressman from Louisiana's 4th district was not a major Washington player. Now he leads the United States House as Speaker and is next in line for the presidency if something happens to Biden and Kamala. 

Our new Speaker is known by many as "MAGA Mike Johnson" who takes a very calm, rational approach to draining the swamp in DC. His surprise win has shocked the political landscape, causing the mainstream media and the Establishment to scramble and figure out exactly who Johnson is. Unfortunately for the Swamp, Johnson is planning to fight the powers that be.

As an unplanned pregnancy, Johnson's Speaker win was hardly his first time coming out of nowhere. As the son of a disabled firefighter, Johnson went on to receive a law degree from Louisiana State's Law Center. MAGA Mike became a stalwart defender of religious liberty in the legal world, describing his legal career as "defending religious freedom, the sanctity of human life, and biblical values, including the defense of traditional marriage, and other ideals like these when they've been under assault."

In 2015, Johnson started his political career with a successful election to the Louisiana State House. A year later, Johnson announced he would run for the US Congress, which he won and still holds. 

Johnson has been a reliable conservative throughout his tenure and has stood with President Trump against phony indictments, witch-hunts, impeachments, and con-jobs. It appears that Johnson will continue to fight the weaponization of the government against political enemies, as he showed with his "No" vote on the formation of the January 6th Commission, a scam investigation designed to spread lies and sow dissent between Americans. Mike Johnson also supports impeaching Joe Biden.

On Ukraine, Johnson initially stood in support of Ukraine and called for sanctions against Russia to damage their energy industry. In April of 2022, Johnson voted for the Ukrainian Democracy Defense Lend-Lease Act which made it easier for the US to "borrow" money to Ukraine for their war efforts. However, he has voted against the two most recent bills that provided further financial support to Ukraine and has shown real skepticism about where our tax dollars are truly going and is demanding transparency.

Johnson is considered to be a strong supporter of Israel and has called to "end Hamas forever". Johnson's first legislative action as Speaker passing a resolution supporting Israel against Hamas. The resolution was passed overwhelmingly with only nine Democrats and one Republican opposing it. The sole Republican opposition, Rep. Thomas Massie, criticized the Resolution because it would force sanctions, foreign aid commitments, establish an open-ended promise of military support (including the possible use of our own military), and expands the scope of the war and American mission. Considering this, there will be reason to hold Johnson's feet to the fire to prevent the hawkish military industrial complex from leading our country towards World War III.

In the present, the biggest issue facing the US Congress is funding the government and the process by which the government agencies will be appropriated. For decades, our politicians have chosen the lazy and irresponsible path for passing spending bills. They have done so using omnibus bills/continuing resolutions by stuffing together thousands of pages of funding for subjects that have absolutely nothing to do with each other. Instead of doing single subject spending bills for each department of our federal government, our so-called leaders have passed bills riddled with lobbyists and special interest give-aways hidden in thousands of pages of bullshit.

This very issue was the reason Rep. Matt Gaetz motioned to vacate the Speaker. McCarthy reneged on his promise to eliminate continuing resolutions and was swiftly dispensed with. Mike Johnson opposed the weak Continuing Resolution in September which continued to balloon up our national debt and provide minimal spending cuts. Since becoming Speaker, Johnson issued the following statement to the GOP Conference on the path forward regarding single subject spending bills. See below:

The largest issue facing the fiscal viability of our country lies with the unfunded mandates of Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security. With ballooning interest payments and continued excess spending on military and wars, we have a ticking time bomb before America becomes insolvent. Here's Speaker Johnson's comment on that issue:

It appears that without a doubt, the experiment put into motion by Matt Gaetz was a successful operation that has provided the Congress with more conservative, grounded leadership than Kevin McCarthy was providing. Many along the way argued that RINOs and Dems would team up in order to put a swamp creature like Liz Cheney in if a conclusion was not reached. That fear-mongering turned out to be phony threat as RINOs unanimously fell in line with the new era of the US House's leadership. Conservative unity is a much closer reality now that Patriots have a change in leadership. Now the job of Patriots like you and I is to hold Johnson's feet to the fire and protect our freedom! 

Less than 4% of Americans have received the new COVID booster shot according to government data. Despite a push from politicians from President Joe Biden down to Governors like Tim Walz, people aren't buying the bag of lies anymore. 

Politico reports that "so far, 12 million people, or about 3.6 percent of the population, have gotten the shot in the five weeks since it hit pharmacy shelves — though reporting lags mean it’s likely a bit higher, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Director Mandy Cohen said."

Last year, only 17% of the adult population took the experimental jab. While "experts" blame the transition from payers (federal government to private insurers), the reality is that the average American no longer buys the bullshit from politicians and public health professionals.

We reported that Super Bowl Champion Tight End, Travis Kelce, is a paid athlete by Pfizer tasked with promoting the new COVID booster. The ad he's featured in ran on local television during the football games in Minnesota this week. According to the Minnesota Dept of Health, Minnesotans are slightly higher than the rest of America in up-to-date vaccinations with a rate of 4.8%.

Florida's Surgeon General recommended against taking the experimental booster shot, stating "there's been no clinical trial done in human beings showing it benefits people, there's no clinical trial showing its a safe product for people."

Minnesota Congressman Dean Phillips (Minn-3) appears poised to launch his bid to challenge Democrat President Joe Biden on October 27th. This effort has earned him backlash both across the country and in his congressional district in the Twin Cities suburbs. Up until now, Americans have only had rumors of his long-shot bid for the Democratic nomination. Now, his campaign bus has been spotted in the wild.

Jason DeRusha, known leftist at WCCO Radio, shared a video on X of Phillips' campaign bus spotted in Ohio.

His apparent campaign slogan is "Make America Affordable Again," or "MAAA" for short. The slogan acronym fits Phillips, who is known for whining about how Republicans are "too extreme" in his free time. 

His slogan is a clear reference to out-of-control inflation that has plagued American families in the last several years. Ironically, Phillips voted for many of the spending bills that caused America's record-high inflation.

As true patriots will know, inflation is caused by increased money supply in the market -- decreasing the value of circulating dollars and driving prices up. 

On May 31st, Phillips voted to increase the Federal Debt Ceiling, allowing the government to borrow and print more money than the nation can afford. This created an estimated $4 trillion in new debt. Of course, you can also expect him to be on board with every social program expansion that the radical left can think of.

This hypocrisy from Phillips is not unexpected. His fake moderate status is equally hypocritical when you realize he votes with President Biden's agenda 100% of the time.

When Phillips brings the same big government policies as Biden to the table, there is no reason for Democrats to vote for him. 

Tom Emmer is one of the most recognizable names in Minnesota politics these days. In 2010 he was a mere 0.4% away from becoming Governor of Minnesota. He took the momentum of that campaign to the morning talk radio airways, becoming a mini-celebrity in the conservative ranks. Following Michele Bachmann's retirement in 2014, Emmer ran and became the congressman representing one of the safest Republican districts in Minnesota: CD6. And now, he's one of the leading candidates for Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives.

Here's what you need to know about the powerful House Majority Whip from Delano, Minnesota:

The Good

Minnesota seems to get little say in national politics these days. Washington is on autopilot in the worst way possible. Presidential candidates put a token effort into our state, but eventually just write it off as a reliable blue state. So if Tom Emmer becomes the Speaker, he not only is the most powerful Congressman to balance the power of the White House, he's also third in line to become President if something were to happen to Biden and Kamala Harris. 

Since politicians answer to us in the end, this gives Minnesotans a lot more power in shaping the future of America. Emmer might take his marching orders from the power brokers in Washington, but back at home he still faces re-election. In 2016, he was challenged by an underfunded campaign (AJ Kern) for the Republican endorsement, and Emmer barely won the 60% threshold to get the nod. If Emmer becomes Speaker and kowtows to Biden and the Democrat machine, he runs a really good chance of facing an endorsement and primary challenge.

The Bad

Tom Emmer is not a principled conservative. I don't care what his lit pieces or ads say about him, he'll sell out in a hot minute. So with a Speaker Emmer, we're likely going to get no significant change in Washington D.C.

In 2010, Emmer was a paid spokesman for a leftist National Popular Vote group. He either believed in the cause, which surely would tip a hand to Democrats and make it harder for a Republican to become president, or he is willing to sell out to whoever will pay him. We can't attribute his motive back then, but neither option depicts a principled conservative. 

When Emmer won election for U.S. House in 2014, the first vote he took was at odds with the base that got him elected. He voted to make RINO, Washington insider John Boehner the Speaker of the House. Boehner was an awful speaker who grew the federal budget and failed on multiple steps to stand up to the Obama White House.

Emmer's voting record is less than stellar. He recently voted to continue the failed deficit spending of the federal government, raise the nation's debt ceiling, and voted to codify same sex marriage into law at the federal level. Emmer also voted to certify the 2020 election, which puts him at odds with a lot of the Trump base.

It's not just how Emmer votes that is problematic, he's responsible for "whipping" Republicans to vote for these things in his powerful Majority Whip position. He's a good foot soldier for the Establishment's agenda.

Another concerning issue is that Tom Emmer ran the National Republican Congressional Committee for the last four years. While the Republican Establishment is padding him on the back for winning a majority in the U.S. House, conservatives around the country see Emmer's NRCC as working to protect bad voting Republicans from losing to conservative primary challengers. He even cautioned Trump in 2021 of supporting primary challengers of Republicans who voted to impeach him. 

We have no idea if Emmer has enough political capital to catapult into the coveted Speaker seat. But he has some wind at his back. Failed Speaker Kevin McCarthy has now endorsed him for the job. Although Emmer is facing a crowded field of good candidates including Kevin Hern of Oklahoma and Byron Donalds of Florida, to name a few, many in the national media are recognizing Emmer as the lead candidate.

An internal Republican Conference vote is expected early this week and a floor vote may follow soon after.

Out of the blue this week, the Republican Party of Minnesota (aka MNGOP) sent out a fundraising email asking for donations to keep Trump on the ballot in Minnesota. We reported a couple months ago that there is an effort by RINOs and Democrats to keep Trump off the ballot in the 2024 election, which will be argued in front of the Minnesota Supreme Court. This fundraising email was strange because the Party has refused to put out any form of communications condemning the egregious election interference cases against Trump, their leading primary candidate. Now they're defending him when there's a fundraising angle.

We've now learned that the MNGOP plans on exhausting big resources in this court case and has hired anti-liberty lawyer Reid LeBeau as Trump's last line of defense to stay on the ballot in the state. LeBeau is the Establishment's go-to lawyer who often does the dirty work for them against grassroots conservatives. Most notably, LeBeau wrote and filed an erroneous campaign finance complaint against Action 4 Liberty.

Reid Lebeau was also the retained counsel for the MNGOP in the summer of 2022 when the Party cut off data access for endorsed, grassroots conservative candidates like Natalie Barnes and Tom Dippel, to name a few.

LeBeau's law firm, the Jacobson Law Group (Jacobson Magnuson Anderson & Halloran PC), which has a heavy lobbying presence at the Capitol, hired one of the con artist Democrat legislators, Rob Ecklund, who protected Governor Walz' illegal emergency powers back in 2020-21. Although they are better known for protecting gambling interests of the metro area tribes, as this appears to be one of their biggest clients.

The Jacobson Law Group was also behind a second erroneous campaign finance complaint against Action 4 Liberty this year. We're currently forced to go to the court system as the Campaign Finance Board has been weaponized against us by the Republican and Democrat Establishment. The Board is appointed by Governor Tim Walz.

When we dug into the corrupt scheme against us, we learned that the Republican Senate Victory Fund made a mysterious (and so far unexplained) payment to Reid LeBeau's law firm one day before the November, 2022 election for $200,000. Days later, the Senate Victory Fund lost the majority, which gave the Democrats a trifecta of power in St Paul. 

We have information that lawyers have offered pro-bono work for the MNGOP in this legal case, but were turned down. Of all the lawyers in Minnesota, why are they hiring the anti-liberty, anti-grassroots, and probably anti-Trump, establishment Republican lawyer to keep Trump on the ballot?

Is Reid LeBeau a plant to purposely tank this case to allow the removal of Trump? After all the attacks he’s been behind on you and me as liberty activists, one has to wonder.
